Driver, the Waterman’s is fairly quiet which is not the curry pub, but like I say new tenants are in there end November so see how they go
Driver, there’s 2 pubs the Medway in wich is on the corner before you go to peters village and the Waterman’s arms which is the other end of the village towards the church end I normally use the Medway.
The Waterman’s arms changes landlord end of next month.
Driver, I mean that with aim shares they’re easy to buy but very difficult to get a good price when they jump up and you want to sell because everyone wants to sell if you understand that.
There’s only 2 aim shares I will buy that’s CAML and HGM as they’re very liquid however if you look at the spread on them when they first open it’s normally massive have a look tomorrow.
If you look at say RDSB or LLOY or in fact any of the mega market cap companies the spreads fek all and you could sell £100 k no problem.
I learnt that at a very early stage of my investing career couldn’t sell when I was in profit
Rule 1 in playing the stock market is liquidity
Yeah Ken he moved from solid FTSE stocks to AIM shares
A lot of these companies you’d have a job selling fekin £10k a day let alone a fekin £100 k so I say he was only made a great fund manager cause the market was right and he had a lot of bigger companies in his portfolio.
Famous saying every dog has its day.
No wonder he went under he’s got fekin 10s of millions in such unliquid stock amazing I think the guy was on fekin drugs.

i do too mate, lots and lots of it but due to beauocracy, remind me to tell you the tale of my bagged yogurt and feeding tubes at Coventry. I have loads of the stuff here thats going to end up being wasted and it pains me hugely
Has been good to you DT but I see the waste
NHS is fecking brilliant Craig, i wouldnt be writing this now if it wasnt for the the over 200 individuals who have helped with my care (i kept a list) Everyone of them a total hero in my eyes from the ward cleaners right upto the top consultants.
I know Pete I see it all the time as well and is wrong
Personally I was sick of my work every fuqing day but there you go :-(
Dont think wifes had that craig
I've had 3 days sick in 13 years which I take pride in. The NHS is completely fuqed. From bottom to top.
Nor my wife pete she works fecking hard she been called out on a saturday nights because of a crisis plenty of times she runs 2 departments too...good team she always says full of praise for all her staff
Pete don't include me in that type of management I have actually worked in the jobs I do and got my hands dirty and respect and value my team. I don't get off on being a manager which so many do. There are loads like that above me who do fuq all and can't make a decision and when they do is wrong
