same as me bellers its my chance to re build my life ..fresh start and all
yes it was terrace ,,,, they are nice terrace houses
Probably Clifton terrace. Good for access to what’s left of the town centre. Ggp is my escape plan.
i do know Rotherham pretty well ...its only 20 min in car from me
Yep, Clifton and Boston. Ouch
that multi storage car park next to a white pub if still there below the blue coat
think its called fox and hounds
opposite a street called clifton ( something ) she lived
clifton park
i have spent alot of time in Rotherham in the past lol
Blue coat pub etc .
use to go out with someone from
brain freeze what name of park in town
Dutch, the gap from Rotherham to York is even worse. You are better off than me. I’m envious. :-)
lets hope this is just the start like you say.
My ex was very hungry too and she got fed well lol
So reason why want to go to York fresh start there as love the place
will not know anyone there if i get there but its worth it as a beautiful city and love going to the Barbican for gigs etc
Hi dutch15
Yes struck gold with York
Now moved 10 miles out into a nice little village for the good life
Still go into York though
Might meet up with you when we strike more gold
So many possibilities with this share, plus hungry Telfer need feeding, rate ggp are growing
And finding gold it could really
Be huge
Fingers crossed and all that
Hi Volvic
if you live in York then you have already struck Gold
i love the place and been working my little cotton socks off the last 2 years to try and save up to buy a house there
at moment i live in wakefield so the gap between house prices for what you get is massive
at moment it be another year before can even start looking and not even for what i really want but if this works out then can buy cash
its a dream but you need your dreams and just maybe it will happen faster than i thought and all your dreams happen too and everyone else on here
York a great place to live
As you can guess my home town
Hope you dream comes true
Good chance with ggp as far as l can see
Been in over 3 years now and not sold any
Come on ggp
i think it was on proactive they think gold will hit $2000 in 2021
if anyone can confirm that
No doubt gold up to 1750 $ imo
No worries Timber i am same as you
i am a long term holder and have my goals .
i take each step at a time and it just keeps to getting more positive to me anyway as the days go by and info comes out
Just a matter do i cash in another stock in my isa which is a years wage to me ...and all it is to me is savings to help move house to York and if went wrong then it just set me back a few years but honestly can not see it happening
positive is could move to York and not have to work ......
No worries at all dutch, and I totally respect your honesty. We all have our own investment strategies and yours is, of course, your own choice and I have no issue with that, whatsoever. I'm sure you'll also agree though. that many people on this site and other sites, just can't accept that, and, like you, I just ignore their ignorance. Good luck in all you do! :-)
HI Timber
Dont worry mate
i have been on stock market for years and made a few pence and lost a few pence lol
i am just a normal working class guy and i do know what i am doing even tho i am not that smart but i do ok out of this
i am over my average % and i do feel good about all the research etc but end of the day it seems to good to be true
its just the matter do i risk that little bit more even tho it will not hurt my living standards now if went pear shape or this could be the one to change everything in the near future where you can even think about quitting work and reaching your dreams a good few years early
dont forget i always remember the ship that can not sink
if i was alive in 1912 with my luck i be on that ship 3rd class lol
dutch, TBH, any of my own previous investment % rules went out of the window when I first saw the potential of GGP back in 2018, and made my first investment on the 31st January in that year at 0.69p. I've continued to buy on the dips, usually combined with chat trolls telling me how pointless and stupid that that was at the time. My average now is around 1.4p. I'm overbought, in my usual terms for one share, but that comes from one of the strongest beliefs in any one company that I've had for several decades of investing. I have no interest, whatsoever, in second guessing the market, and I'm more than happy to sit on my shareholding long term. It's served me very well to date anyway, and IMHO, we ain't seen nothing yet! :-) DYOR
i agree with you a penny will not make much difference
its just that i will have to sell a favourite stock in my isa plus breaking my % rule of portfolio .
But this could be that once in a lifetime chance
i was pondering the exact same thing to invest another biggish wedge next week
just do i take the chance and wait and see if there is a decent dip say to around 4.50 or just think long term if ends up where we are hoping it wont make to much difference buying more before reaching the 5.50
Set to continue a rise imho may build on current share price next week am still predicting 6p+ next week
