Agree, it's always been traded as far as I remember. It's a great buying opportunity at this range. I have a core holding from early days and a trading pot to spice up the waiting.
Again we know we have a lot of traders presenting a different guide. Just stick to official news it will serve you well. The traders can get on with it glh
Probably Mercedes after all he did say twice on different threads on OMI that he would transfer a large chunk of his GGP (reluctantly) if OMI was still under 40p by today...I am guessing in the hope he would sell here today on a spike. I challenged him on it on Tuesday and am yet to receive a reply bless him lol ! GLA MFU
@Tymers, if it's not insto's continually selling large amounts then who is? As far as I can see the results were good.
Hydrogen. If you believe Institutions are worried about pennies on a Tier 1 mine then we are all doomed, II's know exactly what they are dealing with and will follow purchases in line with their strategy which is time led rather than a daily sp? if the sp was the case they would of been buying on mass at 24p last week. we are not being held simples glh
Too many stocks have a false valuation based on unknowns or potential.
GGP SP is based on established facts and massive potential for further value.
All the foundations and initial blocks are in place for building a portfolio of tremendous resources. The resources we are discovering now will also be far more valuable in months and years to come as the value of Gold and Copper increases.
To all holders who can hold, relax and enjoy the warm blanket of GGP and watch this company continue to develop.
Why does the price fall when there's large amounts of selling, but doesn't rise when there's lots of buys?
The price being held for II's is a myth. If they want them it will drive the sp up not down. GGP is a very different animal to most AIM stocks. I repeat digest only official information then you are equipped to make the correct decisions for you, everything else is opinions. Glh

This is what GGP does, we rarely see a sustained rise in SP after an RNS. But we will see a gradual increase over the next couple of weeks. The price is being held back for the II's once they've had there fill, we'll be off. GGP I've learnt, is a real "long term hold" but in just 6 short months the resource will be updated and prices like these will be a thing of the past. I recommend buying as many as you can safely afford

There is little volume so I think we can bank another set of excellent results where the upside will surface a few days/weeks later.
Given the recent position building of II’s, I presume many of them are ‘risk off’ given the current market volatility which in my opinion means they are not selling but they are reluctant to add in volume. Its a matter of time and patience noting that we seemed to avoid the ‘rise in anticipation and sell on news’. Good window for PI investors to continue to build their position should they have the means and desire to do so.

The momentum has to be spread over the next 20yrs plus.
Those who bought in in the 30s did not do so on a whim but on research results even if it was only through reading this board and for institutions the persuasion to invest based on research and by future facts/promises? as well. They will want their cake in the shorter term perhaps so the future rises will occur no matter what. Who would dare con an institution - it would be their Death Knell.
Hour by hour, day by day, Month by month price movements matter not a jot and it is the "How much capital increase will my one share achieve in 20 years and how much income will it generate"?.
Be happy that Newcrest and by association GGP spend money wisely in tried and tested procedures with little if any waste.
The future is secure and the rewards will come. Mining is for the long term and for many will exceed our life spans but our current actions can guarantee wisely spent current resources for the future generations.
We all know of course that money means nothing in the final reckonings but its nice if you don't have to worry to survive.
GLA and still hold for gold.
Yes 26.9 at present , same price as 3 months ago , was hoping some of the hype would materialise
Sorry guys a little new to this, from the news yesterday evening was expecting a bit of a rise. I know it take a bit of time for the news to hit, but thought Chinese whispers might have triggered a rise in the SP? Happy to be enlightened. Greb
has gone.
I'm as high as anyone on GGP, but christ it's gonna be a long road to 40p at this rate.
Feel for anyone who topped up in the 30's because I think covid malaise has struck and there is less interest currently
