@TIG/MFU - Happy to help guys and will certainly continue and Tig, I totally sympathise with the doubt creeping in at the current time so hoping my posts along with efforts by many others on LSE and Telegram help fellow GGPers out.
I'm sure that as we start getting the delays in labs eradicated and start moving through PFS, MRE, DFS etc. that 'twitch' will subside mate!
@5x5 - If there is a Mount Rushmore for GGP surely Callum would be most prominent, I have a feeling Shaun 'Like' Day is going to earn his own place given enough time :-)
And what is the reason for that .. again the bar stewards are playing games ! Only the price of gold going up, but that normally has no effect on the share price unless it's a massive jump !
JBER on the bid @17.5 Come on 18.0 let's be avin ya.... and there you are.
@@@ Dip666...: The growing pessimism and anxiety that you refer to Dip is only a natural occurrence when ones expectations are high, BUT the SP has not moved in accordance with those expectations. A minute nerve somwhere at the back of the brain twitches.
Everything you state is absolutely correct . and all those pessimisms / anxieties will evaporate into thin air in a flash when the ( right ) news hits the fan and the SP moves sharply back into the twenties .
We are due a load of ( right ) news between now and Xmas, - maybe some in the next couple of weeks when some serious drill bit core results get released. The daft thing is that most of us are anxious to a degree despite KNOWING that near 100% of those cores contain glitter, - lots of glitter - but just do not comprehend ( me included ) why the market continues to flatline. And we are almost certain of lots of other exciting news - but at the moment all of it is 600 meters under cover.
When it breaks surface .....OMG !!!
But keep up up your excellent reassuring summaries alongside the Zoros Roadmap ( how fortunate we humble BB members are to have such regular updates ) . The GGP Encyclopaedia.
Patience .....................Tig
& we have Callum.
Dipp hey, great positive post, that's what we need for sure.
Good luck
Tom :-)))
Think we may even finish blue today, is 18p on the cards.
Fabulous post Dip666. One to keep and re-present from time to time ?
Best MFU
Noting some pessimism returning today on the LSE board today after what I think has been an educational period as we got more familiar with Shaun's plans for GGP, I think the vision and long term strategy he has in mind is pretty clear after the recent PR tour by Shaun......
- I think NCM may find Shaun's background and experience in operational, business development, financial modelling, funding and banking useful and personally I've observed that Shaun seems to have a keen mind for optimisation related thinking
- Shaun’s previous experiences will be applied to GGP by looking to grow market cap, people and infrastructure, capabilities, systems, controls and organisational capabilities. Bring disciplined overview to business to understanding own mining assets and to augment with other opportunities in the market to grow portfolio.
- Hav is the Launch/Foundational asset to develop GGP onwards from being just another explorer, Shaun hopes to be at the helm for a similar journey as he helped craft at Northern Star as their CFO (their market cap increased from £700m to £10bn over time).
- Has already employed a Health, Safety and Environmental Mgr, CFO and is further augmenting the exploration team with a 'core team' (not a cast of thousands) to act as 'good partners' with NCM to scrutinise, understand and contribute towards all aspects of the Hav project such as a mining engineer and other additions to the team.
- These additional personnel will also help to help develop skills across exploration and production areas for future growth, alongside managing and operating mines as stated in his latest podcast a few days ago.
- More exploration in the next 12 months than the entire history of GGP
- Continue to 'upgrade' portfolio assessing projects through factors such as the scale/quality of potential deposit and accordingly deciding whether to consider junior partners or self manage
- Two key goals seems to be to focus on the Paterson Range where we have significant targets outside Hav inc. Juri JV with NCM and our own Scallywag program and then additionally Ernest Giles which he considers as a 'glittering prize in the portfolio' as stated a week ago.
Additionally in the last podcast Shaun also listed these as Key milestones/catalysts to the hosts:-
- PFS on Hav in second half of 2021
- JORC update of Hav MRE inc. 12 months of drilling in early December
- DFS on Hav in 2022
- By 2023 we'd potentially be extracting ore and mining the project, and that optimisation studies and a drilling program in parallel would continue to define and explore the ore body
- All augmented by continued exploration in the portfolio
- A market cap that allows financial capacity to selectively add projects and exploration ground to upgrade portfolio
- Will have a team in place that can really optimise value from these projects.
