lebugue-addick - There is the VALMIN code which covers Fair Valuation of assets, which is encouraging to know that there is "guidance" on how this should be done fairly.
Section 8 (P26) onwards covers valuation processes.

Bamps, Paddy - Understood - thanks both.

do we know on what basis the 5% FMV will be calculated and who is involved in the process - is it then independently assessed?
Hi Christophe
That's just for the HGZ in the MRE with more to come :))
This is the calcs for the block caving only
From 2028 to 2052 low grade extraction
25 years using 0.75g/t and 0.2% copper
Total £182,500,000 every year
This is for the HGZ and Low grade together
During the overlap period that's over £410,000,000 per year for Ggp 30% from 2028 to 2032
No wonder Sandeep is excited with their 70%
How much is 5% fair market value now?
Yippee!!!!!
Looking at those 2 videos Zoros put up on SLC and Block caving there are vast amount of tunnels, drilling, shot blasting etc before these operations can start, so I'm fully expecting further loans after the $50m.
Looking at the sums involved won't take long to pay back.
Hi Shorn
That would be earnings per share not dividend.
I doubt if there will be a dividend for a few years especially with so many assets
ATB:))
Sorry Bamps - crossed posts....
@Shorn - that was just for the proven up section of the crescent zone as per the MRE. It was shown as 54 million tons. Bamps has divided that by the 6 Mtpa if the SLC technique is used.
If you look at Bamps posts further down he also has done a yearly calculation for the lower grade breccia zone which would be block caved - up to 2053 I think.
ATB - Paddy
Hi Shorn
That's 9 years for the HGZ just within the MRE , this will expand.
I've not included any recovery rates.
I'm fully expecting the recovery rates to improve when Telfer starts trial sampling loads maybe next year. The copper circuits may need upgrading like Cadia's
ATB:))
lol - i wasn't questioning the currency - is the net result of what you calculate (potentially) c4.9p dividend per share for 9 years ?
Same question - BUT the life of the mine is longer...
Or have i got the wrong end of the stick here.
ATB Shorn
Ah I see. Apologies for the oversight, thanks droverman. One can mis read these figures pass ones bed time.
Chase
Hi Shorn
That's me jumping up and down:))
Should be 0.054c or 0.0486p per share
Do the calcs
6,000,000 tons @3.8g/t divided by 31.1
= c733,000 ounces
x $1,000 after taking out costs
= $733,000,000 per annum for gold
copper 6,000,000 tons at 0.6%
=36,000 tons
x $9,200
= c$331,200,000
Total c$1,064,000,000
30%= $319,200,000 from 2024 per annum
THAT IS $319,200,000 Per Year
£228,658,920 per year
54m tons divided by 6m = 9 years
4,200,000,000 shares = 0.054c per share per year = £0.486p per share
Stop sitting on your hands and start jumping up and down. Yippee!!!!!!!!
Hi Bamps21
Excited yes - fully understanding no... (my lack of following your figures).
Can you elaborate the final bit about the period of the 9 years where you say...
"54m tons divided by 6m = 9 years
4,200,000,000 shares = 0.054p per share per year = £0.486p per share"
I'm thinking 5.4p dividend per share for 9 years, but the mines life is longer - sorry for being THAT layman :-)

Hi Chase, that's the Divi per year, SP will be multiples from where it is now. DM
"Only 4 per cent of the market capitalisation of a stock can be traded in any one dark pool and there is a limit of 8 per cent being traded in all dark pools."
Guess that blows the theory of someone in a dark pool getting 10% of the company...
"There may be future pullbacks that occur in the stock price that shake out weaker sellers. The catalysts for the shares’ target price to be reached could be some way off..."
This. Patience. In the meantime it is behaving like any other share. Up and down, up a bit, down a bit. Repeat.
As someone posted on this BB, MM's don't give a Tinkers Cuss on the SP, all they care about is volume and turnover and spread. The only SP driving factor is and will always be new otherwise unknown news. Bottom line this share is now a bottom drawer share and will increase in value incrementally as more news updates are added, indeed as they will be. Just sit on your hands folks and come back in 6 months..:O)

I definitely agree with that and to a degree they are doing their jobs, but I would be interested to know if they sweat much, I know I would be if my boss could see me manipulating a SP that was worth millions. I sure would sleep well at night......talking of which, good chat. But I’m of to get some beauty sleep GLA Greb
What makes them tick... same as you wanting to make money. If they are making money every day by matching buys and sells then they are doing their job. They probably have hundreds of companies and doubt they focus on annoying just one. Price has gone up and it has come down now it has stabilised. Guess this is the price people are willing to buy and sell at at the moment. Next month maybe more. NCM are in the same position of not being able to move forward with the news and drill results and they are down 30% in 6 months. MMs also playing with their shares? Many AIM shares are also back to where they were before the Christmas santa rally. Annoying but life.
Do not tell the market. Not yet please..)))
Hollamatronic, I certainly don’t like it and I’m probably not alone.would love to know who these guys are and what makes them tick. I used to work for the FT at Southwark a while ago, before I ended up in the construction world and knew a lot of guys at PA, a little digging it wouldn’t be hard to track a few MMs. Could be a interesting find perhaps?
£0.486 gives us a market cap of just over £1.5 billion. Do like the numbers Bamps. Do we not feel it could reach higher than 1.5 billion market cap?

Very true GGP. Well Only a week to find out what else they have found at HAV....
I think that's assuming they find no more gold at Havieron too ;-)
WOW so we’re RICH whoop whoop P.S DONT TELL THE WIFE. Great calculations Bamps many thanks
