Junior .. are you conveniently forgetting the 5% that Newcrest will buy and not for pennies, plus when this is confirmed as a mine with over 10 m Oz, banks would be fighting each other to give ggp money !
AA - good to know I'm not the only one who bores the wife with GGP ! but I have managed to get her to build a reasonable amount of GGP shares in her ISA, so maybe I'm doing something right for a change.
The 50m loan plus interest is peanuts really - in a bind they could easily raise it to pay off with share raise or any other number of methods. It is the next bit that will be more. The only real problem comes is if there is no way ever to pay back 50m because they never produce anything, which is basically 0% chance.

"you were doing so well untill the last paragraph , now it seems you are paid to say such things"
DYOR, right? What research justifies the accusation that he's a paid ramper as opposed to an enthusiastic/optimistic investor?
In fact, his last sentence is spot on. It doesn't matter whether you believe the allegations of manipulation or not, if you just hold your shares.
The gold is deep and GGP have a 50m loan for the first phase. The gold is deep underground no?it's an expensive job to get it out. Just saying. Be kind and all that. Much peace and love.
Jks-do some research on the amount of gold please. Room 101 for you with your soothsayer ways. Beware criticism from other posters

Peace and love guys and girls. Also just check out the risk. 50m is a big chunk of change and the interest rate is hardly matey. Take care. Been on here since 2016 but always careful and wary of all the bull sheet.
A new poster warning us about grifters.
Welcome to your green coffin
Could be a good day tomorrow....Bitcoin taking a kicking, nervous investors will be piling back in to the safe haven the is GOLD!
Let's hope that the 50million loan lasts long enough for the share price to rise so you can cash out. GGP are going to need more money to fund Hav plus the rest of their licences. Plus they need to pay back 50m plus interest on their finance. Let's hope it all works out and there is lots of gold and no extra expense or problems when it comes to mining. Never much of a mention of the multiple risks on this board. Only rewards. March has gone but still beware the ides, grifters and shills!
Sandeep said September for the PFS.
It was in one of the interviews he gave in the last few months.

I first got GGP shares at 36p in late December I think.Ive averaged down to 23p in my share account.I Also moved my pension into a sipp at HL and bought in the dip a few weeks ago at 19p.I'm all in and can't wait to bore the wife with more news about Hav and all the other stuff going on with Greatland.
I am sure many get confused by the terminology that is used when speaking about the size or potential size of the deposit

hopefully this will help
At Haverion we have Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate of equivalent of 4.3 Moz AU, but this is only from part of the Ore Body.
The Inferred Mineral Resource is centred on the South East Crescent and adjacent Breccia Zone including a portion
of the Northern Breccia. Outside of the estimated Inferred Mineral Resource, mineralisation remains open with results
identified from the South East Crescent and Breccia Zone, North West Crescent, Northern Breccia, and the Eastern
Breccia. This indicates the possibility that the resource could continue to grow over time with additional planned
drilling activity.
Since the MRE RNS Newcrest have also said new targets have been identified within the Haverion Tenement blocks.
NC cannot start talking about Mineral Reserve, or proven or probable reserve until after a Pre-Feasibility Study is completed - which will be Q3 or Q$ this year.
One thing is sure the numbers being talked about will only get bigger.
Looking forward to next set of results - but I do not expect anything earth shattering - but hope I am wrong.
Looking forward most to see if we find out who has been hoovering up the shares. Hydrogen has given some nice clues.

Good thoughts Ted
Good post tex!!
Tex lax never heard of you but still , you were doing so well untill the last paragraph , now it seems you are paid to say such things
First off, I would offer a huge amount of respect to anyone who considers themselves a novice investor and has held on since the start of 2021. You’ve been attacked from all angles and have had to watch your account balance dwindle, whilst wondering what in the hell is going on. Well done - seriously.
This has been a great week, and not because we are seeing a SP recovery. We have our Scally results out of the way and a plan going forward on our 100% tenement, an AGM resolution passed, and are mobilising for the start of the Juri JV.
What does the above mean? A news heavy 2021, satellite fun and games, and most importantly a clean slate with no confusion or conspiracy. It also takes the leash off of SD, to let him do what he came on for - add value. He did not come here to look after Gervaise and Callums baby (in the non biblical sense!). He will want to make his own mark - frankly I love the Ernest Giles activity, and will watch that closely. I do want some Warrentina action, purely for the grades at surface..
Down to business - Havieron. To the novice investor who might be on the fence or wondering why the SP was hit so hard; the MRE 4.2 number won’t be talked about much from now going forward. Once we start getting into inferred v. indicated and in conjunction with the growth drilling updates, you will start seeing 20m oz being talked about quite casually. Others will then mention 30m to 40moz - pay attention to those, particularly whilst watching the drill results at depth; or just look at Bamps calcs, it’s all there for future reference. Consider the copper grades and effect on AISC, macro and historic arguments for gold price, as well as recent mine acquisitions and in ground price per oz. You can then sit back and wonder what someone like, say, Franco Nevada would pay for a Tier 1 asset producing for the next few decades. Brownfield but development costs...doesn’t matter. The value is right in front of us.
You’ll notice that the SP recovery has come in conjunction with bullish sentiment (facts) surrounding Havieron. This isn’t by accident, and you can choose to listen to Hydro, step outside of ‘supported fact’ and realise that numerous parties have been soaking up shares for a very long time. Or you can call it a crazy conspiracy and sit in your hands - either way you’ll end up at the same destination :)
