Technical analysis versus long term positive fundamentals.
Hmmmm let me see - it's a tricky one isn't it?
With TA you might make your piddly little 10% here and there. With long term positive fundamentals just sit back and watch the multi bags.
Each to their own.

It is for any meeting. The only thing I would add is that you make it clear which account holdings you want them to submit the votes for, ie. if you have ISA, SIPP & Stocks and Shares accounts make it clear it's for holdings in all 3. I have also voted by phone, after going through security...
JPM One thing i hate in life is bullies this will encourage me to keep buying ggp at every given opportunity.
Dip , I posted this today in a reply to Matt, re voting as this is somewhat grey in the sense that not all folk vote when shares are held in a nominee account except as you say with interactive investor where they remind you via e-mail etc.
Matty,
Re: 'My main concern if it comes to a vote is can we actually trust the likes of HL (in my own case) to execute the instructions that we give them baring in mind all of the other 'dirty tricks' clearly going on around this share.'
The only way around this is to hold your shares in a certificated form for now it would appear.
From Sharesoc, 'We are moving towards Dematerialisation in 2023. This will require change and is the ideal opportunity to reform the way shares are owned in the UK and ensure all individual “shareholders” have their shareholder rights restored.'
Our (Sharesocs) preferred approach is for individual investors to hold their shares directly (i.e. in their own names) on an electronic register. At present most private investors purchase shares in nominee accounts. With a very few exceptions this means that they have no automatic rights to vote, to attend General Meetings of companies or even receive information on the affairs of the company. The nominee system disenfranchises the vast majority of private shareholders. '

JP back in town or they never went away just under the reporting threshold the buggers and must admit I stopped looking for anything a fair few weeks ago , at least on Ortex as I know that doesn't paint a complete picture thx to Hydro, Costa and others.
Even with my low expectations of fair treatment on AIM investments (which is why I rarely if ever get upset by any shenanigans) - seeing some crazy sh*t when it comes to GGP despite 25 years or so of experience in investing.
I'll never ignore something because it is not a desired outcome - and have to say a case for a buyout attempt increasing for sure.
Well - never hurts to be prepared so I'd advise it is best anyone who isn't aware how to finds out how to register and vote through their chosen investing platforms when they get some time if not already aware :-)
Speaking on my chosen platforms where I hold GGP shares:
1/ iweb send a list of resolutions and voting form by post. thknk I'd registered to receive these years ago eitehr online or via phone, honestly can't remember.
2/ Interactive Investor always email me to log in and vote online in my account and I understand they have now auto enrolled everyone by default.
Gobsmacked Pete by your boasting "holier than thou" attitude to others on this forum, it really is grating to read.Seems you have also made a bit of a fabrication (well spotted Spades).
Sorry Pete, room 101.

Hahaha good one sAs I doubt we’ll hear from the weasel tho
Your a lying toad Petejh. This is what you wrote back in 2021.
"In the meantime, I've been in GGP with 3m shares since 1.5p in 2018, sold a bunch in the high 20s on the drop following Scally, and happily topped up at 18.5 and 18.7 because I thought GGP was undervalued".
So let's see you wriggle out of that one Pete.
I think someone forgets what they have written in the past.
Oh here we go - are you our saviour Pete - sorry if I ignore your posts, but I’m not looking for a leader right now - I’ve been advised against them. Just for the record I invested a sizeable pension transfer into GGP in my SIPP at 1.28p and then early retired in Feb 2021 thanks to GGP so perhaps I’m not your target audience. What puzzles me is why you need one on this Board - are you disgruntled at being ignored all the time? Bless!!
What a Walter.
Of course the ironic thing about that Rediorns is that I'm better researched than most who post on here hence why I bought at 1.5p and knew well to sell down my holding in the 30s. Rather than hold on while it tanked listening to bozos on forums.
The appeal to mediocrity and dumbness on these boards is astonishing. Investing success is discouraged and seen as bad.
Reminder for you all: you don't all cross the finish line holding hands together having 'won' - every sell has to be someone else's buy. This is not a team sport and you don't want to be looking for leaders.
Lol course not little bit of sarcasm injected into (hopefully) a farewell Pete message ;-)
No wonder you don’t post often Pete - you talk about GGP as though it is just one of the also rans who is therefore just part of the Aim lottery. Had you conducted any research and kept up to date with regular RNS’s, you would have known that Havieron is the find of a lifetime which puts GGP in a unique position. Of course you just invested low and got a big portion out high - of course you did. You will also reappear when ATH’s do stating how clever you are to have held. Meanwhile having a pop at Lthers when the SP is depressed, is about as low as you can get, so forgive me if I find your words just self opinionated, crass and unresearched. Don’t rush back!!
Can SD do anything legal to gazzump them?
Tippy. You don’t believe that for a moment do you. LOL
Ok great, thanks Pete. Well done on selling at 30p good decision hopefully we won’t hear from you again now
Just noticed that myself hydrogen I note it says 0.5% disclosed on the 12th may but I literally had a look on Friday and it said no shorts over 0.5% this really is a f###in joke now. This really needs investigation into skullduggery now I know it won’t happen but I’m feckin livid!
I'd say the same to anybody who *chooses* to regularly post unerringly optimistic comments on chat forums, about a company whose fortunes rocketed to unrealistic levels and have now tanked by 70% from their previous high, who holds a huge number of shares but who claims they failed to capitalise at all. That isn't the thinking or behaviour of a sensible investor.
Maybe Paddy did sell some, if he did then he wasn't being truthful when he said he didn't. And if he didn't sell, then he was most certainly very foolish to give up such massive gains on a junior explorer, just to have to wait many more years to make back the same gain that he could have made years before.
The point isn't about personal investment decisions which are none of my business. The point is about looking objectively at the validity of people who publicly post unerringly positive views on chat forums.
You'll note by my posting history that I don't post here regularly, and my views on GGP are often ambivalent. I'm invested still to the tune of 1.4m but I sold most of mine around 30p which is what anyone sensible, chat forum messiah or otherwise, would have done. I since put that money to good use in Filo and elsewhere. I would never advise anyone to hold an AIM junior explorer at ATH's pre-DFS and financing - the lassonde curve is real. Which is why I'm still holding some for the long term.
No after hours activity tonight, very strange.

Just keep topping up as the price gets cheaper. When they start mining and the profits start rolling.... the sky's the limit.
Investing is not the same as trading petejh. I bought some more today, but not on Paddys advice, I used my crystal ball!
Pete- you are simply not worthy of writing about
Cheers KevinPhillips for this. It may get lost amongst other stuff.
But it is not lost or wasted on many of us.
Looking forward to next update!
As SD said on a number of occasions, investors should be very confident that fmv will be achieved.
End of, we hear you.
Agreed Paddy and members here who are in the GGPHelp Telegram group will have seen really positive posts calling out the improving ground in the decline which is resulting in increasing length of cuts and whole cuts now made (prior they were made in several bites due to soft ground).
From start of the decline (12/05/21) to latest exploration update (20/04/22) the progress was 313m in length. This equates to 0.9M per day.
Prediction …. Sand derampers please copy this post for us to “chat” about after the next update…..the progress from 21/04/22 to the next update will reflect the increased cuts and “near perfect ground” they are now in. Take that to the bank.
