"Maxwell I’ve been hearing Shaun Day has had 50plus meeting with instos in the past 6 months …now on 2nd and 3rd meeting in some instances."
Youve been hearing from who?
Viking and Red, I do agree with you guys on MDT. Looking back on their history then it would appear he/she has a very good grasp of the English language, so should have no problem understanding it.
The subtlety of their negative spin does come through on some of their posts. Classic, look at me I'm all positive, but then the little jab sneaks in. Sort of reminds me of Elise.
Hydrogen, Thanks for that, appreciated.
Hydro I inadvertently read your message as Shaun Day having 50p meetings !
Quite frankly that got my attention maybe I've imbibed too many wee drams!
GLA
Hydrogen, Wow that is pretty detailed. Not looking for that much detail just, Private Company, Insider, General Public & Institutions, can't find any figures that match one another and GGP haven't sent when requested.
Maxwell - so now you contend that you struggle with English guys and yet you use the words decipher and crass in their right context. Maybe you just shouldn’t be so confrontational by telling posters they are wrong when you have seemingly speed-read their posts and outrageously stating you hold more shares than a Lther - highly unlikely!! I won’t be posting to you again.
"But none of us can add substantially compared to our current holdings (if only....)"...I'd suggest not placing a bet on that ;-)
Redirons.
You English guys confuse me.
I don't want to offend anyone so I shall post no further.
I came across this site quite by accident. I searched for LSE (London Stock Exchange)
Good Bye.
Ditto Red, greened!
Good weekend
Viking
Quite likely Viking - I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt before he went on the offensive - he’ll now end up in the filter bin as I can’t be doing with timewasters. Cheers buddy!!
Red, was Max not the controversial moniker "Nitrogen". The wind changes with these guys and they show their true colours

Mmm - that’s a helluva misjudgement Maxwell - much like the way you word your posts that gets the backs up of many a Lther. So you have been on LSE since July 2021 and posted 82 times and you contend that you’ve a got a bigger holding than me. I have been on LSE since Oct 2016 and invested in GGP (via pension funds held in my SIPP) when the SP was 1.28p. I agree it is crass to detail my holding for the purposes of “oneupmanship” but I retired early off the back of GGP and still have the major amount of shares still held (via my SIPP) in GGP and I was a Director in Financial Services so didn’t retire on minimum wage if you get my drift. Please don’t annoy me any further with outrageous comments and also please attend to posts (wordings) that look more like subtle deramps unless you intend them to be!!
Hydrogen, does it show a full breakdown of the shares
SoundOFSilence" Fact - 80% of GGP is held in the hands of PI's."
Where do yo get that 80% figure from
Redirons, wrong.
It would be crass of me to detail my holding in GGP, but I am very confident it equates to a hell of a lot more than you are holding.
Tymers.
where on earth did the 9.6 billion come from?
I agree with you Tymers and wonder if Max is attempting a subtle deramp here to unnerve those already worried about recent SP movement (or lack of it). Income has less to do with II’s investing than the substantial minimising of risk imho. They will assess where there invested funds have a decent risk/reward weighting - nothing necessarily to do with income per se.
Redirons, apologies, trying to decipher what you said.
I have no job ie no income but have assets to the value of 9.6 billion what's my value to the big players? You got it!
Soundofsilence. yes on-board with those views. But fact is, until there is "income" on the balance sheet, there will be no "big players" joining the party.
Fair enough Max - it can people off you is you misquote them or take what they say out of context. I know like most Lthers how different GGP is but Tatty’s theory that the ones owned mainly by PI’s doesn’t stack up as there is a sizeable majority that applies to imho!!!
Sorry, just got to disagree with y'all.
Fact - 80% of GGP is held in the hands of PI's.
The daily traded volume is currently 10 million shares (Check out the GGP Trade Recap on the London stock Exchange).
On the 8th we had a traders' spike to 22p when we knew in advance that NCM would release our PFS. Then on the 12th there was another big spike in trades when those same traders sold out again. And the SP drops off again....
The vast majority of us are holding firmly onto our shares, and where we can adding. But none of us can add substantially compared to our current holdings (if only....). So the needle hovers. And we wait. DESPITE the fantastic results. Because we all already know this and have already bought into this.
We know what can happen when the big boys and girls come to play. We just have to sit patiently and ignore the fluctuations, allow the MMs to make a few bob here and there. Once the big players join in the buying then things will rocket / chochoo / BOOM... Until then, play nicely folks.

"IMHO...So it seems the SP is somewhat manipulated and kept a lid on" Correct.
"On any given day a group of traders appear and deramp the share price. Why?" Traders most certainly do not have the time nor inclination to waste time on LSE.
"Maybe they are working for a large institution or a potential suitor of GGP...before a low ball offer." 800 watchers, amateur watchers!
"Whoever they are they clearly have access to a massive volume of shares that can control the SP up, down or keep it in check." Correct, but in no way connected to anything mentioned on this board!

"Sorry Tatty but that accounts for all juniors/start ups of which Aim is crammed full of"
I do concede Red.
Speed reading and all that!
