Hoping for a rebound today.
We have sold a cash handling business and decided to keep a cash handling business because it allows focus .... and creates confusion and upsets the market and with that in mind we have rsigned because we are clueless?
I am trying to get a grip on exactly what has been sold to Brinks, as the terminology used differs depending on the source. The most reliable fact maybe that 24000 employees (of 560,000) are moving over to Brinks. A reasonable chunk of the business.
puzzling. quick search reveals nothing to indicate why the drop.
Down 13%.Was the Brinks deal really that bad or am I missing something?
I believe this will go straight back over 200p and then rise to 220p again
1 Billion sounds good

Arsenal, I made up the number based on the companys becoming easier for analysts to understand and therby applying a higher multiple. No great science ,just guess work.
Since GardaWorld announced, on 10 April, that it was considering an offer for the Company or part thereof, G4S has received additional expressions of interest to acquire the Group’s Cash Solutions businesses and these will be evaluated alongside the separation review.
Funny enough, every time they have dropped the share below 2.15, their has been swift buying

But haven't they only got another week to make a bid?
Well done those who sold on the high. Dropped back down again. I wonder what the Canadians will think when they have had a proper look at the books?
