Building up for Monday glad I topped up yesterday, it’s a no brainier with what the company has done so far this year.
This is a fantastic growing company and will be great investment over next couple of years results Monday should give a indication on where this is heading
Yes, things aren't looking good for Monday. As they say, buy on rumour sell on fact, here it's going to be the reverse.
Sad to say (as I hold a lot of these) but it looks like bad news is coming Monday. Seen this type of action before with penny shares where news leaks before it is supposed to... but hope I am severely wrong!!
could keep going the wrong way until Monday then one of three things will happen. but I think people are just hedging now!
Going the wrong way!
should see a build into results Monday
i done final 600k top up should show in 1hr or so
It's a typo. Target price is 9.5p.
Looking great here, big move today with over 4x average daily volume.
It is utterly bizarre to me how frequently this happens. Another company I’m in currently at 0.85p has had an analyst at the FT put the 12 month target at 65p. I mean what the f@*k are they playing at. Can you share a link to this please and I will send it to Canacord for an explanation.
A lot of brokers have difficulty knowing where to put the ‘point’
Canaccord Genuity broker rate upped to 95p on 15th Sept !!! why so high ?
2 x 750k buys Friday also looks very interesting
Results next Monday expect this to rise
Nice rise, if we turn profitable much more to come.
Will buy @ around 4.5
Probably already accounted in SP, but prospect looks good. Would definitely be buying more is SP drops below 4.30

Shows all major piece of news released during current accounting period and the tweet below it gives an overview of last years accounts - hopefully this will be useful to some people.
Tree shake of weak hands before results. I would top up but am heavily invested here. Management from what I have seen have been making all the right moves. Really strengthened the board. Made some fantastic acquisitions immediately cash accretive that can be leveraged within GDM.
Just something to add to as and when. Future looks fantastic with this management.
also can't understand the fall today with very low volume
Veteran10 Nops. Have been holding these shares and thinking of buying/ selling.
Hi Tufftrader, those figures are correct. They were released by canaccord and i'm sure Justin did a video on them as well.
John Clarke also said he expects GFIN to be a £200m market cap company in the medium term which I thought was rather conservative. He's assuming we would have same revenue to Mcap multiplier as some of our peers when I see us trading much higher, justified by us actually being profitable unlike them.
To best of my knowledge there are no profitable esports/digital media PLC's so when we achieve that milestone it would make us the first hence why I think we'll be valued higher in the medium term.
Longer term, if we do follow future PLC business model of growing users and growing revenue per user, then the skies the limit.
But I agree, profitability early 22 and I expect them to outperform projections across the full financial year.
Sensetalka, didn’t gfin release some stats recently (or was it Justin Waite) whereby they projected 18M turnover by 2024? And 43% CAG? I thought these number have a picture of profitability. Also bear in mind, they’ve just acquired stock checker, who were doing 2M a year at a 90% margin if I’m right. These are foggy recollections though tbh.
There was approximately 40% improvement in the bottom line between 2019 & 2020, we have a new business model now focusing on higher margin business hence why gross profit margin has increased from 13.2% to 61.8% in the same period.
We have added gfinity digital media which is growing rapidly, MTG for example was recently stated to have a 75% increase in user numbers month on month and epicstream has seen user numbers increase by over 500% https://twitter.com/sensetalka/status/1451259949452042242?s=20
We have also signed what was described as "the biggest deal in gfinitys history" with IQONIQ and have since made deals with COCA-COLA, Amazon and NINTENDO.
John is getting a real grip of administrative expenses as well all of which adds to the bottom line. Our broker believes we should be valued closer to £100m market cap as well just to add.
So your question, "when will this company be profitable" is difficult to say for certainty but the way things are going then it looks to me like we will be profitable within the next 12 months. It will be the first esports PLC to be profitable as well to the best of my knowledge.
