What a load of old carp.
They have agreed a tenure that is all .
There is no funding for the project and very little working capital.
So tell me Davey where is the value?
Only reason people care so much about how a company, that was worth 2m odd mcap this time last month, is now worth roughly the same again this morning.
Is because bullish or bearish - sp wise, they understand (or think they do) the potential (some of), of where the company mcap can go.
Company essentially halved in traded value last week from one month prior on no publically announced change in circumstance, and virtually nobody cared to comment.
Now news released (not placing conatations weather good or bad) and the mcap goes back to similar level and suddenly dozens of people are beside themselves and see fit to expand effort in writing and posting strong opinions on a public forums late into a working evening.
Imo, the very level of interest, demonstrates the potential and therefore financial stakes between buying sub 1p, buying 1 to 2p and 2p+, when taken in context to where these people see the potential sp in the months and years to come.
On a personal note, I sold in the 20s and started buying back around 13p seeing good value, continued to buy in at 8s 6s 5s 3s 1.8s before significantly averaging down by buying much bigger stakes, first sub 1.5p then sub 1p right up to yesterday morning.
As of now after around 2 years of paper loss I'm back very much in profit. Massive thankyou to the bod involved here who have stook this out for so long. The potential loss of tenure over the further license is very disappointing and a massive blow to how far geo mcap can go in years ahead. The potential scale of TS and others is truly exciting based on and along with the pre existing exploration info.
Again, imo, the main reason this has been so hard and taken so long, is because someone figured out just how good this consolidated chunk of land could be and decided to try and retrieve it/some of it.
Will they succeed and how much will be lost from the geo stable?
In the context of 10, 20, 30m mcap, no consideration really need be placed on this issue. Kbe and dab can take care of that just fine.
If we not drilling at TS we wont need the full 2m usd for the previously planned 6 month work programme (will now be shorter as some work completed) designed to get kbe to dfs completion and further the following 2 pipeline assets.
Roughly 1m was to get kbe to, go/no go decision stage.
The other 1m to explore dab and ts.
Now likely max they need is 1.5m for the work programme. Plus say 0.5 for WC etc.
Question people should consider, how many shares will it take to raise that, because when they raised 7m at 16p they did so in an environment where institutions were offering double at the same price. Interest was there for a reason and the reason is coming back swiftly.
People know that, and are trying very hard to buy the company at a price where losing its only assets was priced in, at a time when that risk has seemingly been virtually removed with the NAM confirming the reduced tenure.
AIMO ATB
Manu I think you will find its because of the companies history and they don't like seeing newbies spiked having been there themselves. The company have had half their licences taken away, there is no guarantee they will get them back, they don't have exploration permits in place and have very little cash. But of course the rampers that will be gone tomorrow won't tell you the facts.
Some serious spike there. Don't get caught
No no don't get me wrong, am swinging neither way.
Benefit of the doubt, let's see then, never know.
Why do PI’s who are not invested here feel the need to post there opinions.
invester, forgetting the company, you are talking rubbish.
Weird price action if you look at it. RNS landed 1.42pm and did a bounce from 1.70 to 2.70 back to 2.00. Not much going on considering amount of trades. Can see a lot of peeps getting spiked on this to be honest.
You cannot compare this to PET and if you are then you don't know anything about PET or its history and the same goes here.
What was the last placing price? Anyone? What is the SP as of close today? Very basic stuff you would have looked at when noticing the movement this morning if genuinely interested giving some extremely basic targets at a glance given it's value at this morning, not now.
It's no different to many others now if not a little bit higher than average in mcap terms but a low free float so will spike easy on volume.
Sorry.
Starbuck911
Maybe 5p like your ramping on Kefi, get a life.
Ridiculously low cap of £3 mil when the gold price is rocketing, with tenure secured its only a a matter of time before the permit lands, then GEO will rerate big time
My prediction placing circa 1.2p
Fatboy - I’m in two minds tbh, though I think it’ll gap up on open
1.5p. And I will be elated to be wrong...will post on this site and admit I was wrong also.
Post your predictions here
Wheres all this happy horse **** come from? I most certainly hope it does reach 10p a share...I will have sold out long before then. 10p a share? I wish!
Given the 6m share trade represents over 10% of the stock traded today I would suggest it was buy driven.
On the slim chance it was sell driven, this bodes very well for holders as MMs wouldnt have taken so much stock at 2.2167 if there was an opportunity of cheap fundraise stock coming anytime soon.
I've checked out all the warrants and the excise prices range from 9p to 18p so no warrants excersised.
Undeniably, there is much in what you contend, Moxie...one Swallow a Summer does not make.
You'll need to move my decimal point for SNT! Apologies!
I rode N4P from 5.5p to 30p before slicing a chunk. Also had multiple other successful trades on that one too and have done very well on it indeed.
Regarding, SNT, in at 1.4p, sold some at 2.8p, re-bought at 1.7p and it's currently suspended at 1.9p pending an RTO. Considering the BOD took chunks at 1.5p the week before suspension, I expect I'll do pretty damn well there. Appreciate your concern Mr 2 Posts.
Love it when the same posters appear apparently in the know more than anyone else as to why the SP will drop tomorrow ands it’s a ‘pump and dump’. If they were so good at predictions they would be catching the news when it lands and would be in at the bottom instead of trying to get the price down to get a 2nd chance at a bite of the cherry. Clearly this could rise 5-10 fold so I wish they would shut up, buy, and be happy getting in and making a nice profit, someone will always do better than someone else. Don’t be bitter! Join the train and get off further up the track when you are happy with your gains. Meanwhile the clever ones just sit back and enjoy the ride!
Says it all really,
50% down tomorrow
Who's been spiked ?
The details in this rns have been totally overlooked. There's clearly a ramp or agenda here, but for those who are will to read past the first few lines this news is bad for LTH like myself.
Geo have had much of their ground taken off them,
''Alongside this tenure confirmation, correspondence from NAM seeks to return the remainder of the Bolnisi Project licence area, including three further deposits identified by the Company, being Kvemo Bolnisi West, Tsitel Sopeli and Balichi, to the State. GCG strongly disagrees with this position, particularly as GCG has received previous ministerial endorsements, and written confirmation from NAM that GCG had met all of the licence requirements for all five named deposits in the licence area (Kvemo Bolnisi East, Kvemo Bolnisi West, Dambludi, Tsitel Sopeli and Balichi). ''
They have been granted new tenure over only 2 on the previous areas they held.
They still dont have the much needed exploration licences that we've all been waiting for 2 years,
''Mike Struthers, Chief Executive Officer, said "The conclusion of this process with the mining agency is an important milestone in our ongoing efforts to obtain the extension to the permit in Georgia. We have confirmed our entitlement to two of the key deposits in the area, and we will vigorously challenge NAM's position on the remainder of the area with the Minister to secure the balance of our rights.
"GCG worked closely with NAM for three months in Q2 2018 to prepare a quality application for this extension, which ultimately NAM and two successive ministers of economy endorsed (in June and September 2018 respectively) and then placed before cabinet for approval. The lack of a decision by cabinet resulted in the application being returned to NAM. The Company and GCG contend there are clear grounds for an appeal given the prior endorsements, the excessive 18-month delay, and NAM's failure to previously raise with GCG any significant concerns with the initial application, which could have been easily rectified.
And to top it all off we know from the results GEO have very little money.
How this has ended up by 160% is a miracle given this is essentially awful news for the company and its shareholders.
Say what you like, call me a deramper etc but if you cant see the facts in this rns then your'e simply not reading it properly
To all thoses thinking of investing based on the rediculous SP predictions given by investor, i would do your own due diligence, one look at his profile and its fairly obviously he just jumps in any of the top risers and ramps the hell out of them with 10+ posts an hour with rediculous SP predictions. I watched him do it in TRP, VAST, 7DIG, GDP now here lol
How’s SNT doing ? AnthonyJames ?
