An investigation into whether it was real or simply a fictional contract to allow PEEL and others to make $$$$ load of cash here at other’s expense would be most welcome,I’m sure his huge £20k upcoming investment will send the SP to new ATH’s ….:-)
And it's also clear now Oneknows, the Ukranian deal never existed anywhere, apart from Budd's imagination. One nasty piece of work.
Agree Oneknows, a totally useless and illogical observation from MIKODX. DB would never let the company fold even if he has to raise at 10p, let alone with £7.5m in the bank!!! Seems like MIK has changed to tune to another agenda.
I'm pretty certain they'll get exactly what they need. So they should to bring these products to market...
Dave and put themselves on the dole how would that make sense?….All the “I love David” posts have finally disappeared and where are the Uber rampers now?…I questioned Dudd’s ability to sell after the Ukraine debacle now the question to be asked,Was it fact or fiction in the first place?….:-(
For Calrity if the OO is not takem up it still leaves the company with £7.5m in the bank. Allowing for £1m to Launch the 2 products, still leaves them with £6.5m in the bank or 16 months runnibg cist at £400k per month. How the f*** can it fold??? If 16 months isn't enough to get any sales, then they might as well shut up.shop now.
Agree invest, seems like MikODX is another one now pushing the insane OO. Any reason?
Blagging paychecks.
Cut the fat.
They blew £8m and nothing came of it, no sales, zip, nada! Why are they so confidence that will change this time?
And, i did say "for some"
However MIKODX,
For clarity, it depends on the platform that you wish to purchase the shares through in the OO.
For example, with HL you had to make your instruction and have your funds ready last friday by noon. Many other stockbrokers are the same.
I’m sure that if they actually needed more than the £6m placing they would have arranged more. This amount is sufficient for what they need to commercialise the 2 products. If they get more funds through the OO they’ll be able to take things even further afield.
This isn’t going down the pan if they only get £6m.
It’s all in the rns.
It will nold fold if the OO is not taken up! They still get £6m from the placing, which os not pocket change. It gives them more than enough cash runway to Launch POC and AIHL and get some sales. If he can't fo it with £6m, thdn to be frank it won't ve any different with £10m!!!
stephen11 - It closed on Friday for Crest holders only . All other applications close 11.00 a.m. 28 September 2021.
For some it will be to late to partake in the OO.
It closed at 12noon last Friday.
I said the other day that one would be hurting the company if they bought shares in the OO rather than the open market, as this would cause further dilution and hurt the SP. Well although this is correct, it would alo hurt the company if no one took up the OO. DB can then turn around and fold the company due to lack of funds to run the business.
So even though the SP is cheaper than the Placing price we would actually be hurting our own investments if we bought on the open market rather than the OO. So I've changed my mind, I will be averaging down via the OO rather than the open market. I think anyone else invested here should do the same. Without funds the company could fold and you could end up losing all your money. The OO will have to be well supported if this stock is going to turn around.
The Genedrive POC test is a molecular test, it’s the fact that it’s a molecular test that makes it more accurate. PCR tests are the most commonly known molecular test, and need a lab. So the Genedrive POC is like a next generation PCR, aimed at point of care though rather than high throughput.
Rather than the rubbish antigen tests (LFT etc).
actually lying b stards...do any products really exist? i doubt it....the sales certainly dont
Good scientists, rubbish business people. No business sense.
Do not come cheap ..
Sally..the detail is in the accounts. All there if you look for it. With GDR R&D will be devilishly expensive as will staff costs. Good scientist's for not come cheap!
Lth: my issue is not about them not getting sales in US. They knew how things were progressing when we got Indian approval. Instead of renegotiating any business, they took MINUTES to throw it in the bin. I doubt that they even discussed anything with DIVOC. DB has already drawn plans for easy route to get his money from us instead. I still can't understand monthly cashburn of £0.4m!! Just an example of Cineworld. Their cashburn for nearly 1000 cinemas was 60m, that is £60,000 per cinema per month!! What the f**k are they spending this much money on???
Sally, appreciate what you are saying but, I do feel the management have done what they can. They are not in control of controlling whether accreditations are given. They're a very small Company in a big pond without the resources that the large Co"s have. Yet they have developed great products. I have supported the 00 and have delved deep to do so.
I know that lessons have to be learned and for me it's all about whether they learn. It's during tough times that these lessons are often learnt..
Happy weekend x
Lth: I have no money to move hence not taking the OO. There was no attraction at current SP. As far as the issue of supporting the company, I personally have given up on the current management. I can't get that trust back, so can't commit more money to them. I am already neck deep here already but DBs failure has made me think again.
The company will not get taken over until they have good historical data...this means established sales routes, a good distribution base and a clear future. These are the minimums...
