Ah yes Inphobe the old target market is the US nonsense spouted by Budd. So they had approval for PCR test in EU and UK in April 2020 and they didn't sell any there but were waiting on US approval to sell in US. In reality they couldn't sell any in EU or UK even though they tried.
And just seen the Norway travel update. If the airports buy some to test on arrival - that would be great. but all just hopes...they have to sell it but the POC is a good product. I topped up bcos of the POC but then thought we had missed the boat....maybe not..but they have to sell these products for any reaction to the SP
Yes no sales agreed yet, but after the latest US entry news, i am still cup half full. GDR should also focus on the UK and not just the EU. As the US changes their entry requirements, the new POC could be a useful airport pre-entry test. The media does not specify if the US require a PCR test or something less. A PCR test within 24hrs is a significant hurdle to travel.
I think we know the history there jazzy. The focus was on the US which was scuppered by the FDA (still!) dragging on the EUA. Hence learning from past mistakes and not going that route now. (for avoidance if doubt price on those needs to be divided per test ofc, and Beckman are still listing them for whatever reason)
Each of the 10 packs has 96 wells, giving 960 tests, so £15.57 per test.
"JazzyJim, stop talking nonsense. GDR doesn't have a 'shed load of approvals '. It has none. But it has a new poc test with close to 100% specificity and 98.6% sensitivity with results in less than 20 minutes. When it gets this CE Mark from the ENB that opens the door to UKCTA approvals. It also has a commercial distribution deal established with Beckman Coulter, a £6 billion US pharma. When it gets approved this will blow the doors off."
Think it is you talking nonsense. It has approval for the PCR test in EU, UK India South Africa. What are the revenues from that? Yes the Beckman deal was to sell these PCR tests. Again I ask what was the revenue generated? Why don't you read up on this company and then come back with some answers.

Jazzyjim all fair points- Yes the past hasnt always been positive, but this is pointing in the right direction... with mountain horse now supplying this is a positive and when CE is completed we will see this share shoot up, so be it based on RNS and traders flocking in due to positive news... it will regardless increase atleast 50% as i said earlier. I am not saying £1-£2-£3 like some on this board. But we will see atleast 50% increase. Another point is that at this share price especially when i bought in at 33p it is a fair price!! With its current value and the potential rewards upcoming. The risk is nothing when you take all this into account!! Good luck to all and lets hope it goes well!! Budds at the wheel ;)
Agree the market cap is way too low here for what’s coming… can see this pushing up massively next week for sure
"This share is worth waaaay more if this CE is completed.
Also not to forget mountain horse supplying US military! Only one way this share is going next week! DYOR"
The CE means little and it is just a self cert box ticking exercise anyway so we know already it will be approved so the share won't be worth waaay more. GDR has a shed load of approvals and indeed a CE mark for it gold standard PCR test for more than a year now and how much has it sold? GDR has also had a partnership with Mountain Horse for ages and again how much revenue has that brought in?
Covid Test kit companies are valued at £200-£300m
We are sat at £39m with £9.9m cash!
This share is worth waaaay more if this CE is completed.
