Biotechs are tending to leave UK and list in US. There was a recent article in Times about it. I think the trend to delist and relist outside the UK is due to brexit. Which is great news for those who voted for brexit as it means less foreign investment in UK.
Gdr have funding..funding from RF until september.
Not today then...!
I,m going for RNS this morning ..!!...based on it being a wednesday and we are due news soon..GLA LTH,s
Didn't he say news on a partner to take the FDA application forward, was imminent. Cheek seems to be good at issuing empty promises.
Come on cheeky boy drop some good news to back up that youβre promised us
The whole point of being on the stock market is funding..So how do you think they will get funding going private there aren't that many rich benefactor types willing to risk larges amounts of capital on a expensive cost base company with little or no sales... And especially one with no idea when sales will come.. If they did do private all the directors would have to go given their poor performance ..I would think!
Well if they manage to secure funding , and a big partnership in usa , then game on ... why would you recruit a new director if they did not have funding secured ?
Thank you G M
so if they was to de list it would be temporary , ad our funds would be safe ?
"please advise why a delisting would be good for the long term ?"
Stability and slow growth, instead of chasing funding each year they might find investors appreciate long term investment strategy. The directors and ii's have done very well out of PI's funding GDR over the years, mind you. I just feel that GDR has ran out of road with its sticks and carrots. Full nice approval of stroke marker this summer and an good monthyl income is the bare minimum GDR need to find another ii. I can see why you think GDR is a good investment at 6p if you believe they will turn their fortunes around, but the market never lies, it has heard many empty promises over the years.
My research ππππ
My research led me to believe that we should be informed about the new partner in the USA and how significant they are ... in the on going challenges we a have .
funding
final NICE approvals
sales
NHS contract ..
Jesus, pot kettle, how about you explain the RNS tomorrow etc bull
Slacker please elaborate ???
'bootneck' interesting !?
Gloria , all this speculation ... without any facts , opinions being shared with no evidence at all .
please advise why a delisting would be good for the long term ?
I suspect GDR will delist. Doesn't have to be a bad thing in the very long term. But short term traders will be livid , no doubt.
"No company hires a director if the are about to go under"
Yes they do, GDR replaced the CEO .
They were both hired to stop GDR going under, Mr Tiger. I suspect you've alot invested in GDR, perhaps too much. Time will tell.
Or are about to delist
No company hires a director if the are about to go under , they hire because they have the finance to do so and are forming a partnership with a big company that requires them to have the appropriate structure .
That is great news ... the fact they are hiring a director means the light are far from off .. and they clearly have funding and a partner in USA confirmed ...
we just need confirmations of all the above .. which must be on the way ... like is said i think they want to make the next RNS a bumper of good news .
Just what we need.. another inflated salary to add to the monthly outgoings
I'd imagine it means funding is secured one way or another though if they are still hiring, I just wish they'd start selling
" I am not desperate and nor am i a ramper.. this is far the best choice of stock right now on the market ..."
Really funny comment, Mr Tiger. I'm either laughing with you or at you. However, I fear you were not being sarcastic when you wrote that.
New Director appointed...of 'Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs' good sign in my opinion!
