I'm doing a basic sum in my head and rounding it off for gods sake.
I'm not asking or trying to give exact figures, what's the point ?
The example is you came up with a digure of £17.8 million when I rounded it off to £20 million in my head as a thereabouts figure.
I think you are arguing about the same thing which is basically mathematical semantics.
Opening at 0.004p can still be a main market valuation whatever way it goes. But if it goes down, does it automatically suddenly not qualify for the main market or do a whole set of new rules come into place for the company ?
You put your own spin on my comments as if it's total nonsense where in reality it's a very real possibility.
We shall see what happens no doubt.
Gerwyn is a greedy bastard who never actually needed to issue himself with £10million worth of shares.
We could have passed the resolution without that happening.
YES I KNOW WE COULD GET A THREE TO FOUR BAGGER ! before you say it again.
He gets 20 ?
Working backwards though his issue to himself is only really worth around £2.5 - 3 million if it reopens at .0014p
You can shove your exact calculations up any hole you like as this all depends on where it opens and which way it goes.
I shouldn't grumble as I'm looking at around £30 odd k if it holds at 0.004p but it's all notional bollox until it happens and that is the question we are all asking without an answer.
One thing is for sure though....
Gerwyn you greedy bastard !!!
3tl:-
"If it doesn’t go to 0.004p or higher, then Gerwyn technically with basic maths, takes a 80-90% chunk of your investment for himself when the company opens up 95% down and stays there. Because that’s the true valuation.
"
Do you read what you post? Do you actually own a calculator?
95% down from 0.4p is 0.02p, MC = £888k for a main market listed company?
I mentioned the valuation of £17.8 million (around £20million ) in an earlier post.
It’s only plausible if we know why.
At the moment we don’t., and we are only guessing
If we are only guessing then 1p and 10p are plausible..
What exactly is plausible in your view ?
My vision of plausible is that Transgas will be very successful indeed:, so 10p is plausible in the not too distant future.
What isn’t plausible IN MY OPINION is the valuation of almost £20million and Gerwyn taking up the slack with the issue of the shares to himself to make up the deficit in the valuation.
We invested here to hopefully bag the profit ourselves as you would and expect:
Instead, Gerwyn takes the ******* lot as said before on a notional value of 0.004p.
If we are lucky we get a three to four bagger, and we should be grateful for this, but the scales are wrong...
If it doesn’t go to 0.004p or higher, then Gerwyn technically with basic maths, takes a 80-90% chunk of your investment for himself when the company opens up 95% down and stays there. Because that’s the true valuation.
For all of our sakes and patience I really hope I’m wrong of course:
Until the time the directors actually tell us why. ( that hadn’t happened yet)
And you lot voted yes to this ?????
Fcucking Jesse!!!!
Reality check
There will be approx 4.44 billion shares in issue
At 0.4p INFT is worth £17.8m, that's plausible
At 1p INFT is worth £44.4m, that ain't going to happen just yet
10p soon guys.
Then onto £1 with no dilution, just Gerwyn giving up his shares for us.
Sound oil went to £1 (SOU)
Safe hands then? IMO GW has been our get out of gaol card since suspension. When we speculate on shells as this was we always need a driver to take a business forward. GW is using INFT to put his family interest into it as starters and then to grow by acqusition and no doubt he has other options available. Over the past couple of years he has funded the company from his own pocket effectively for the benefit of all holders and for that we should be grateful.
I also feel that 0.04p is better than 0.01p and probably his advisers think that with the potential, a figure of 0.04 will make it an attractive entry price for new investors. So when dealings start why not 0.05p or even 0.10p?
Gerwyn will inherit the shares.
Q786 - perhaps you will die first - have you made a will ? Who will inherit your shares?
shorters getting worried . Ye should've closed your shorts before suspension.
That's AIM. Mug retail punters.
He has the CPR he just can't be bothered letting us see it unless we chose to travel to London and see a hard copy. That's apparently where the £40 million valuation for 100% of Transgas came from. When will it hit the main market, I will be surprised if it ever does at the speed of the works so far, well at least not before the licences run out next year. This seems to have been one huge vanity project for a bored GW, I can't see how from here he can create share holder value for himself or us, as I have already said we have to hope now that he has been a little busier in the background and has some ducks lined up or this has all been for nothing but keeping his wage coming in.
My sense is that Gerwyn may continue to stall this. Is he holding out for greater acceptance of fracking ? Will delay in CPR be his next card ?
The only timetable I can find is on page 16 of the circular dated 20MAR2019. It states:
1. General Meeting - 25th April
2. Completion of migration - 25th May
3. Publication of prospectus - ASAP after migration
4. Completion of aquisition and trading admission - ASAP after migration
Can this be done in 6 weeks? In any case at last its happening!!
Where is there mention of 6 weeks until relist please?
Oh well there we have it, good luck everyone naff all we can do now but hope. Fyoz I hope I am eating humble pie in a couple of months...lets see if he can pull a rabbit out of a hat.
Without GW's shares included 30% of shareholders voted.
100% of the votes voted yes is that right?
So approx 6 weeks till realist ?
Another 6 weeks or so and WE can decide what we do with our investment
Look through the directory a bit and voila. https://infinityenergy.eu/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/INFT-Web-Announcement-Results-of-250419-GM.pdf
I’m glad to say
i emailed them and got this back
Dear Mr.
The website announcement is currently being posted so that all shareholders are informed collectively.
Best Regards,
Infinity Energy S.A.
Surely the announcement in respect of voting has been prepared ????
When will it be made public ?
I didn’t vote.
I thought natural selection would prevail like it does with anything else that requires a vote around this place
Ps, UK ????
....because of interminable wait ? Lol
