I posted the above map and yesterdays announcement on LinkedIn this morning and have 66 contacts relating to this sector in Namibia
The analytics is only seen by the poster, which was quite interesting how far spread the interest is from those in different companies, CEO's amongst others (at 215 views)

Fundraise - Hopefully after a farm in or RTO/sale : )

I thought that bit of information might spark you back in to action Geowiz! Very telling that you jump on anything that's not positive.....very questionable behaviour.
When one considers that up to November 2019, Peter Hill had been granted 12 million Incentive Options, he probably did not feel the need to buy more shares during the last decade or so. That's unfortunate in my opinion, when I worked for a business that went through an IPO, the CEO held 1.50% of the outstanding shares prior to the IPO, following the flotation he always purchased more shares outside of lock in periods. His actions went down very well with shareholders.
I agree with your final sentence Geowiz, "when is the capital raise...." that question is at the forefront of my mind. Still puzzled as to why it taxes you so much when you have admitted that you don't own Global Petroleum shares?

I think we will be close to news. Things hotting up in Namibia this year.
Can’t see the directors who own c.40% of the company wanting to dilute themselves at an all time low sp. They will want multiples of the current sp just like us. Or most of us
: )

Azinon.................who is azinon ?
I remember Peter Hill buying 180k shares at 10 ten times the current price.........so near £20k
A capital raise may not be done, if we are taken out
If we were to get a farm out, that will come with cash as has been said before
If Azinam climb aboard and we have a farm out of the assets there will be a fund raise, but we will be miles from the current sp as has been said before
Geeewhizz the poster that has not posted one positive post in his life ............has an agenda, which is to make others loose there shares
The CEO holds 0.35%? That’s about £5,000. Surely that can’t be right investoil?
He’s not sharing your enthusiasm for a quick deal with Azinon then?
When is the capital raise that’s the big question.
The problem is, we have had counterpartly contacts regarding a farm out deal for most of 2019, so he would have been restricted from buying due to a closed period. I don't think he will be left out, one way or another ;-)
I agree we are moving into a company changing event. Currently can sell up to 1.2m shares online
Anyone holding. Have a check but we careful not to press the execute button....
I can sell all of my GBP holdings in one go : )
Somebody wants them : )

Reading the last Annual Financial Report page 46, it shows that 6 million of Peter Hill's
12 million incentive options expired on 27 November 2019. Mr. Hill owns 710,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.35% of issued ordinary shares. I personally would have liked to see the CEO/MD holding more GBP shares.
It feels like a watershed moment is coming for Global Petroleum.

Spot on M, it is no often you get all these indications in a stock , but it is all there to see.........as nailed on as you will ever see, ahead of it actually happening
The volume and price has just changed so expect a move very soon
And most happened (with the exception of gaining PEL 94) post Both Cormorant and Brupadda drills which may have unlocked the key and therefore a shift to other locations such as... GBP’s acreage.
Well, ECO Gil Holzman suggested some Corporate Action in Namibia end of last year? Azinam yet to complete the IPO (since 2018) Namcor adjusted themselves to be able to invest in private companies (2018) Exxon reportedly hungry for further acreage in Namibia (2019) other majors reportedly hungry for acreage (2020)
here? additional placement capacity in voted in to a max 25% (2018) not used and expired only to be re voted in (2019) and.. not used. Cancelled farm out process at critical period (2018), included into NAMPOA (2018) awarded additional acreage (2018), Namcor waived reduction on PEL 29 (2019) gained 3D on 94 for 7% of acreage no £ cost (2020) 3 quarterly reports stating contacts with counterparties over a possible farm out 2019/2020).
Connected?? Hopefully!
The sp shot up to 1.7p last week and people were piling in. I don’t think that was a coincidence and have my suspicions that news is very close on some corporate action.

A fund raise will be the first thing that comes to mind with today's announcement, but this is something quite different
The Peter's know what our assets are worth and it is considerably more than the current price.......even @ £20m we are at a substantial discount. A snip for a major. The BoD hold c.45%, including Peter Hills 12m share option
I think we will be rewarded very soon. I get the feeling this is about to go north.
GL all holders.
