Good PR would be good.
They need to considering this has been going on for 2 years.
Anything mentioned in a previous rns message covers a company until such time as that
status changes
They informed details of court proceedings so until such time as that status changes
result good/bad they are covered until informed of the decision
On many shares holders cry should that not be rns for a lot of things but are unaware that
further updates are not required, until a material status change to something reported
It is just good PR if the company in question does update and not keep holders like
mushrooms in the dark for extended periods
They informed the market in the past due to postponement.
Rules they have to follow.
Why would they have to inform the market though?
To be fair, has anyone watched the film "China Hustle" knowing my luck I have put money into a scam haha.
Dropping an email may not be bad thing? To g3e
They would have to inform the market .
Just throwing it out there, maybe because of COVID they didn't turn up and the case didn't happen...
The website isearch is hitn miss
I searched uding terms
Nordic
G 3e
Dragon
I have looked also and seen only the June case for G3 :(
Yes, I noticed that, but if you click on the 'search register' beside it, you can then see it.
See I'd agree but last week I could see loads from October. I'm just worried it means I won't see the case when it does come out - although I'm not so sure it'll get past this page, when I come on and there's 1000 messages before 8am I'll know what's happened.
I would like to bet it is the courts being slow and nothing else.
Strangely I can't see any cases sinces 1st October anymore, it's like all the more recent ones have just disappeared...
Could be tomorrow/ today...
Some of the judgement cases i read tonight are 7 days from hearing.
Night all..
That is a super find Marky!!
Ref:Covid recovery
The rising confidence comes after China’s gas demand bounced back quickly from the Covid-19 crisis in April as Beijing’s aggressive containment of the virus helped the country emerge from lockdown earlier than other nations.
Gas took less of a hit from the pandemic than other energy sources as the fuel is typically supported by robust household demand. Apparent consumption continued to grow in the first three months of 2020—albeit by just 1.6pc year-on-year—and then picked up in April and May, rising by an average of 9
I tried that approach once Mark...
she turned up 20st...!!
Lols..
Let’s hope it’s worth the wait!
Still no update...bahhh
A sale of assets will add ££££££ to the share price, CEO he knows that, he can do rights issue at a high price even if he wanted. Or he allows the sp to hit £2.£3 - and sell some into the market and pay with that if the board approves it, afterall they become £m’s along with it, I believe he is the owner.
Previous plan as Mark said, float on HK Exchnage. That was scrapped i think.
To come through as a successful strategy the sp has to hit the mid highs near lows of £2 - £3.50 to satisfy all stakeholders? And protecting the value of the company
See with other things like an RTO a lot of the directors just get a cash lump sum for doing one regardless if investors make money or not. This is a different kettle of fish.
A good outcome for him is a good outcome for us!
My view is Randeep wants a good outcome, he is clearly a switched on guy and this is a good reason we should see a nice uplift in SP.
Because randeep does not want to be diluted. They had so many chances to do an equity raising years ago and he refused to do it due to dilution...although he would have still controlled G3E...just greed.
A debt for equity swap when the price is at 10p would spell doom for randeep. He would be wiped out od the company.
I’ve often wondered why they haven’t already done some kind of debt for equity. I’d be happy with that kind of outcome!
