This stock is such a bargain right now, just shows what no news can do to an sp.
Someone is hovering up the shares at a very good price.
The sp continually being chiselled by the MMs courtesy of weak holders.
Well done idg69, that's what I would call sensible investing. I have been in and out of this share many times over the past few years and mainly lost. I sold recently and at long last made a profit. Like you I am keeping an eye on FUM and may well buy back in but at the moment I see it drifting south again. It has potential but when will we actually see that potential realised?
Cheers guys, I'll keep following FUM and may even venture back in if it drops back considerably but won't leave myself as exposed as I was before - over £20ks worth at 47p when it drops to 8p is not a nice place to be. I managed to average down and really thought I'd get a big purchase around 10-12p in March but then the CE news arrived and I missed the boat. I'm OK with the profit made though it could have been considerably more. I agree the FDA approval will be significant but the trial hasn't even started and that news will be 9-12 months away. My pessimism comes from the lack of news flow from the BoD at what should be a peak time for progress and deals. I do understand big pharma don't bang doors down to get hold of products and that things take time but 18 years and no revenue is just too long. My sudden pessimism has been building for sometime and you can hardly stay invested in something you no longer believe in. Good luck all and may you have your day's in the sun on FUM. If anyone's interested I'm watching ANIC, FOGB, EML & LLOY with interest - particularly ANIC (5-10 year+ play) Jim Mellon and Richard Reed cellular agriculture themed investment platform - definitely not a get rich quick investment but one for the bottom drawer.
IDG - " I've said it before but if this really was the next wonder product in the ED field why aren't the media shouting about this and big pharma banging the door down to get it"
I respect your personal investing strategy and understand your rational.
Media will only respond to any further news, just as they did when news of CE approval was announced. As i remember, MD3000 was discussed on ITV and reported in The daily Mail , The Sun, Times etc.
Large Pharmas do not conduct themselves by 'banging on the door'. Negotiations will be conducted quietly behind doors and any news will be sudden (proceeding a slight friends and family leek). FDA approval will be the catalyst in my opinion.
Sure the price will drift and fluctuate, MMs have to make a living.

I do intend to follow this stock as I agree it has real potential however I jumped hoping for a quick buck and noe the sp keeps dropping so I’m holding out as long as possible before I get back in on this stock
understand your reasoning idg69,although i haven't followed your course of action.interested to see you have topped up in ANIC.looks an interesting prospect i agree. apologies for off topic
Put it back in FUM??
Product is still the same, no new competitors have entered the market, licensing agreement will be coming. People saying if this product is legit where is the media coverage, cast your minds back to March when recommendation for approval was received on the Friday, I've never seen so much mainstream press received the following weekend for a small cap stock. The buzz was huge and the appetite in the market for MED3000 was obvious.
Cannot quite understand the sudden pessimism. We are currently unclear as to the level of involvement FUM will have in the manufacturing of the product and for that reason funding will certainly have been required prior to negotiations which only closed 5 weeks ago.
Tuck these away until October, it will certainly come around quick and then reappraise. To bail just because the share price has gone down and your profits are being eaten away is madness, now is the time to buy
I sold mine the other week, did you not fancy holding out for the agm on Monday? Maybe some news will come then?
I sold out to go to helium 1 but had limited success tbh. Got any hot tips to where we should look in the future?
Reluctant to say but I've just sold my last 20,000 FUM shares and I'm now cashed out after 2 very turbulent years. I've come out with some profit having been down as much as 75% at times but don't have the confidence to sit this out any longer whilst better/safer opportunities are out there. I'm not prepared to watch this drift any further south and put me back in negative territory again.
I may kick myself in the months to come if the BoD finally pull their finger out and get this product to market, but manufacturing is not their skillset and I've lost confidence in them delivering anything after 18 years. I've said it before but if this really was the next wonder product in the ED field why aren't the media shouting about this and big pharma banging the door down to get it. Wishing all investors the very best and really do hope this comes good for you.
