Agree, it’s definitely been a rollercoaster over the years.
And guess the hope is FUM have learnt from the past errors and engage some expert commercial knowledge.
A deal is critical, and going it alone doesn’t sound sensible.
But everything seems to be aligning in the right direction. They have something now, with EU CE Mark.
Let’s hope the next few weeks goes well.
You are absolutely right J_G that no body knows what is going on behind doors. But because of past history of Fum some people have a doubt for any deal by bringing any reputable Pharma on board.Without any Pharma on board Fum’s task for bringing MED 3000 Into the market will not be easy task though.
You mean no announcement on deal.
How would you know what goes on behind closed doors.
Yawn.
Facester aim is definitely dirty! Very few trustworthy characters, this imho is a fantastic opportunity, so if your underwater anyone I wouldn’t spit your dummy out and sell. Imho enough has been raised to get this over the line, to commercialisation and sales revenue coming in, so personally I’m not expecting further raises, a lot of money was sat on the sidelines waiting for this raise, it won’t take long to revisit 60p, probably over the next few weeks, again look how anic has traded post raise, I used them as an example on a previous post, see this doing similar. A imho gla
Why are people now saying time to hold for a few years, when CE approval has been given & EU distribution was hoped to start 2021 H2. Do we see a delay now?
Agree CARY3....but still a bit 'dirty'. But thats AIM for you....we know the deal and accept the risks....otherwise we shouldnt be investing here. I wont be buying any more. Just going to hold my lot and see what pans out over next couple of years. I only have a modest holding so content to sit it out. If it comes good then great....if not thats just investing!
CAR3Y you did indeed and i was very sceptical of your view at the time.you were right and i was not.glad you see it as relatively positive in the overall scheme of things.
LB do you have a personality? Or are you just a robot publishing information from others websites! This is a board of PI’s who are interested in people’s thoughts & opinions! If I want to read information from 2018 I will find it myself.
What is the likely hood of FUM sales this year in the EU?
I find it hard to believe that FUM are really going to be in a stronger position during discussions? 10million Versus billions does not put you in a better position! They will clearly progress with US FDA trial to gain an upper hand over the water, & strengthens FUM’s position.
Liam
Getting real hard on the placing announcement, aren‘t you Derek
It’s patently obvious FUM would raise so they could negotiate from a position of strength, I’d be more upset if they didn’t and landed a rubbish deal through desperation.
The trading pattern totally gave the game away over the last few sessions, and I did say as much, oh well.
inclined to agree bucolic.i know its not really meaningful to quote examples from other shares ,but have look at POLX who did recent fundraise. i may post bit more about this later when the dust settles a bit.
FUM has been in talks for months now with potential partners or at least that’s what they have been telling us! What’s does this say about current discussions? Bit late to be raising cash really unless a deal has fell through? Or could it be a way of providing shares to a partner for a deal to be done? But surely better ways! All seems a little strange? I’m a bit lost as to what this means, can anyone clarify the situation?
agree with that 81 lucky.
I would hope and expect the Directors to participate in the fundraising with their own money.
In my view in the absence of any Pharma to come on board for Med 3000, this was only option left to raise the funds. It will be a monumental task for them to manufacture, market and distribute the product successfully in Europe. On Monday it will be interesting to see how the market reacts!
Imagin if shars didn’t increase 25% the other day, we wouid be looking at shares being offered out at 25-30 pence each so that massive increase has help us all out massively as a business and Inderviduals
Everyone seems to be confident that the SP will drop Monday. I take the opposite view, and although it may drop a little, it will soon climb again. That's what it did last time there was a placing and a lot of people missed out. Which is why I've just signed up to PrimaryBid and bought a bunch more @ 40p. Cheers, FUM!
We should get an early indication on the uptake of book build. If II,s are confident in paying 40p after considering the Broker information regarding the future. (Not under written) I guess Friday RSN avoids a knee jerk reaction.
thats a bloddy coincidence
Below is a post from LiamB on 12th May.

RE: news about to break?12 May 2021 16:23
The higher it goes the cheaper it is to raise the money via equity. Would be ironic if they announced 10m shares at 40p
Yes but it was not stated that funds will be used to fund marketing and sales. I was always had at the back of my head that they may do a further raise to fund their activities . That says to me that they will be manufacturing the products themselves as opposed to outsource ?
Not good messaging on a Friday close but, upside is offer will close tonight and VCT's on board tend to be longer term investors.
Anticipating this funding is to load the gun to support market launches in Europe and MEA in Q2 & Q3
