booth asks, "Whats the expression again? The market can have a nasty tendency to remain irrational longer then some can many can remain liquid."
I somehow doubt that is the expression. That's just some semi-literate drivel that booth has come up with. Btw, it was at the bottom of his last post, so you probably missed it. I wouldn't expect anyone to read his drivel all the way through, especially when he's sprinkled it liberally with irrelevant and out of date links.
haven't forgotten about riverford at all.your initial comments referred to "since may.",so my comments were based on events after the may fundraising. i can only repeat absolutely nothing to suggest L/O have"had"to prop up the s/p. anyway pleased to see you envisage a reasonably positive outlook for the s/p over the next few months.at least we can agree on that.
Re Last night - Well done, Basher Booth and The Three Recommendations - you got last post of the day again. How much bonus do you get for that? It must be quite substantial if you're prepared to stay up half the night, every night, to make sure you have the last word. Funny how The Three Recommendations are always there as well, it's almost like you've got four different logins, although they seem to be getting a lot of time off at the moment. And first post today - you're really putting the hours in -frantic bashing ahead of am announcement maybe? (and yes, that probably does mean I have inside information - bwaahahahaha!)

again distortion.you stated lombard "had"to buy because of pressure.no evidence to suggest this at all.their reasons for buying are their own and you are not privy to them, unless some form of insider.are you some form of insider as you seen to be unusually familiar with lombard's motives?
again the same one sided distortion.there is no evidence L/O have "had"to buy any. they have simply bought shares for their own reasons ,as to which you are presumably not privy, unless you are some sort of insider .are you some sort of insider?
just repeating the same one sided view.just admit you have no idea what is going happen. that is the only honest view, unless of course you work for lombard and have inside info, which i doubt.and by the way what evidence is there of "all this selling pressure"only one significant holder has reduced in recent months, and if there were significant selling pressure, as opposed to a planned incremental accumulation strategy,Lo would not have been able to absorb it by incremental steps.time to stop digging imo.
still drivel booth imo.just one sided deliberatively negative speculation.by all means lets look at the FACTS as you describe them.first lo are not selling down despite your repeated references to past sales several years ago.quite the opposite.they have clearly been accumulating for several months, which can just as easily be construed as a planned incremental policy.they cannot buy too many at one go as its spikes the pricer the next tranche. last increase was 1% as was the one before and the one before that a little less than 1%. if you enjoy trawling through past activities for clues to future events, look at LO's history in proactis and the ultimate very beneficial outcome for those who followed the pattern and invested at the right point.
absolute drivel booth.
You two remind me of Brothers always quarreling - as I can't see it, I assume it's from Brother Booth :-)
Thank goodness Lombard Odier have their sights focussed - roll on upwards FUM.
another astonishingly asinine post by booth about the warrants.
wait for booths posts now about electric shocks! anyway on a serious note just seen the rns.yes good news.i have done well on a few positions where lombard have been involved(proactis being the last one)doesn't mean they always get it right but their involvement in dec 2019 was one of the reasons i invested.
Yes absolutely, that's great news! If Lombard in fact got in at an average value of 14p then they could sell at a big profit if they didn't believe in the company, instead they are increasing their holdings, that's a great sign of confidence!
Really good news to see Lombard Odier is still increasing its holding. Was only a few months back that it was around 22% and then in September 24% and now today we learn they have 25%.
I added to my own holding at 34p a few days back as I had a hunch we might get the news we're waiting for from FUM. The news being, of course, what's happening with the European and UK markets. I'm still confident that we'll see progress on this front soon. Having seen an advert recently for ED suggesting electric shock treatment in a local magazine, Eroxon should corner the market surely.
GLA
Wow, that is so incredibly not to the point! I repeat the question: your criticism of Lombard was that they didn't exercise warrants to buy more shares, but if you want to buy more shares, why exercise warrants at 40p when you can buy at around 33p on the open market?
Hey Liambooth, why excercise warrants at 40p when you can buy below 35p? Keep the warrants for when sp goes much higher!
Yes, the "smart money" is buying in while the SP is low!
Lombard up another percent .. 25% now
