You raise some interesting points re: Eroxon for women:
!. "What I am interested to know is how it would work on women since their parts can be much smaller than men's"
Actually, the female genitalia are about the same size as in males. The erectile tissue does not protrude as it does in men, it remains hidden internally. All of this erectile tissue needs to become swollen as it fills with blood in response to stimulation. As blood moves into the pelvic bowl it causes the va*ginal canal to lengthen and widen. Nitric oxide is also implicated in the lubrication response which is also necessary for women's sense of comfort during intercourse.
2. "Surely there would need to be some additional "active" ingredient as I think women's stimulation requirements are a lot more complex and certainly need a lot more than just more blood in the nether regions.?".
Yes you are right, blood is not sufficient to complete the entire "puzzle". Eroxon also has an effect on excitatory neurotransmitters in the thousands of nerve endings within the erectile tissue. These nerve endings send pleasure impulses into the brain. Eroxon will amplify the pleasure impulses that women perceive. Researchers have not even managed to work out which neurotransmitters are implicated, so it would have been impossible to design a drug for this issue: Eroxon was indeed a lucky break for Futura.
3."It seems to me for a woman's product to be viable, a lot more understanding on both physical and mental stimulation will be needed."
Futura are not aiming to unravel all of the psychological and social (pychosocial) mysteries behind female sexual dysfunction. Futura will probably try to avoid women with obvious pychosocial issues in their clinical studies. Contemporary researchers have a good understanding of the nerve endings involved in sexual pleasure for women so Futura will have access to that knowledge.
4. "Of course, anyone actually achieving such a product would hit the jackpot (more so than any erectile product)"
Achieving this product has now become Futura's highest priority.

According to our FD, the company is now covered by 3 brokers: Trinity Delta, Liberum and Stifel Nicolaus. Respectively, their current valuations for Futura are 121p, 131p, and 125p per share.
Closing market price tonight? 36p.
With c 301m shares in issue, the company is undervalued by the best part of £300m. That’s a whopping amount.
Part of this undervaluation is due to the company being valued on a marginal rather than an average basis. Marginal sellers are ‘happy’ to sell at 36p, because no buyers are currently offering prices in line with analysts’ estimates. But Lombard, which owns just under 30% of the shares will not be a marginal seller if the company is eventually sold. As well, Futura’s executives would point to analysts estimates and say they have a fiduciary duty to seek at least as much as £1.20 a share to agree a sale of the company.
Part of the undervaluation is also due to marginal buyers being unduly influenced by anonymous reviews rather than by solid science. As an example of dodgy reviews, look at https://www.yell.com/biz/pro-energy-ltd-romford-9879988/#:~:text=Pro%20Energy%20team%20was%20on,Pro%20Team%20for%20similar%20work. 145 reviews, 4.9/5 rating. Good eh?
Look again. Look at the names behind the reviews. Anything seem strange? How many are written by eg people called Muhammad? Or are simply Asian?
Unfortunately, too many private investors on this board agonise over information they have easy access to - eg product reviews for Eroxon - rather than seeing beyond the many manufactured reviews to the solid science underpinning Eroxon. Science approved by the EU and FDA, supported by in-house research by Cooper, and which global companies worth billions of dollars are prepared to back with their money. There are now many AI tools that will write bad product reviews. Amazon itself has lots of misleading reviews, attached to the wrong product or, as I have experienced, sellers offering financial inducements to buyers to give a 5 star review for a product that is in reality just plain poor.
These are not the only reasons for the undervaluation. Eroxon is a completely new product, so has imponderables about roll out, penetration, and repeat take-up, for example. Futura has always emphasised the key importance of the US market. Launch there will immediately transform the company into a profit-making one. I would like to see more institutions invested in Futura. Not because that would influence my decision to buy the shares, but rather to have more of the shares owned by professional investors, who see the true value of the science, rather than the private investors on here who agonise over bunkum, or try to get others to buy or sell according to their own trading strategies.
At the moment, the tail is wagging the dog. I hope the actual launch of Eroxon in the US will enable the dog to finally start to control its tail.
Never ever expected SP to be at this point, seems mad that anyone can get onboard and almost guarantee a 300% increase within 24month or maybe earlier? So much for the get in early to reap the rewards and the so called long term investment! Investors who have jumped in & out have made a fortune and the late arrivals to the party will see gains with little time invested. I see RNS’s being released all the time to bump up the SP, only for a fund raise soon after! FUM have done it in the past as well! Yet they can’t be bothered to release RNS’s now and can’t even give a decent financial forecast JOKE! Please someone buy these morons out discard the current BOD.
Think they need to get the male version over the line first & generate some returns for shareholders. They had several potential products like TPR100 pain relief, spent millions and told us all the commercial potential was massive, they were actually working on the final stages! Now just dropped it & thats fine but Eroxon still needs to prove itself in the biggest market of all, as does the Brand Eroxon! all those negative reviews need addressing as not being followed up with positives even now a year on! Something else they have no control over but need to do something about before extending the range.
They would more than likely just call it "eroxon for women".
What I am interested to know is how it would work on women since their parts can be a much much smaller than mens. And don't women actually need a lot more mental stimulation as well (so they often tell us), hence their need to talk after the event. Men, on the other hand, prefer to roll over and sleep which women seem to joke a lot about. :-)
Surely there would need to be some additional "active" ingredient as I think women's stimulation requirements are a lot more complex and certainly need a lot more than just more blood in the nether regions.?
I don't profess to fully understand the mechanics of women's parts, but for a man is it not the case of just obtaining an erection and a woman can then do what they want with it, even if the guy were to fall asleep after a night out drinking. All that's required is to keep the blood there, hence the old fashioned suction pump and elastic band method.
It seems to me for a woman's product to be viable, a lot more understanding on both physical and mental stimulation will be needed. Meaning it could take a very long time to end up with a viable result. Even after many thousands of years men still don't understand them and probably never will ???
Of course, anyone actually achieving such a product would hit the jackpot (more so than any erectile product), but I just wonder how long it will take. Any longer and men men will have digressed back to apes and women will have evolved in to just being brains in a jar......... LOL
Point taken, I think they are eroxon in some way shape or form, so let's assume then for sakes of argument that the ladies gel may get called femiroxon so part of the same branding family. That is the hope based on the article a while back that they want to develop a wider range of products including something specific for ladies - this latter product may very well stamp all over some of durex type stuff so I think they will need to be quite careful how they land it - that is purely my opinion and two pennies worth
In the recent podcast the CEO stated the company has no control of the share price.
I agree they cannot control it but surely they could help it by announcing when distribution begins in new markets such as kdonkey100 reported the Portuguese website is now up and running.
It seems to appear the company want to have a low valuation for some reason or another.
The Portuguese website is now up and running, so guessing on sale there now. Just Italy to go that is listed on Eroxon site

Goose, golden eggs. Only one show in town.
It seems FUM have removed everything from their website but Eroxon / Med3000, no mention of dermasys technology either. Is this a plan for selling the company and then focusing on these other products as a separate entity?? A sexual health company with one product? Clearly they have been told that this is the way forward to attract investors & make the company more attractive. Seems strange to me as gone from a company with multiple potential products to one? As an investor this is less attractive to me! I suspect this is the case that the two names futura medical & Eroxon are intertwined and would need to be sold together, so the focusing on one product & sexual health is a focus on selling the business if the opportunity arises. IMO
81, you should relish in success and not appear bored or disinterested as this gives off the message that the BoD dont give a damn, doesnt attract investers or any confidence. If you got it, flaunt it. Futura has it..... yeah, aint flaunting it. Loke i said, give that product here and i'll do a better job of not looking out of the windows as the fluffy clouds :)
Were all buys...sorry typo
Well if them after hours trades were aa buys that would explain why they dropped the price all day....order filling
Ahhhhhhhh now that was better closed in the blue
Have a great weekend all
Keep calm and keep buying

Good point comeK2.
The negotiation process is not as simplistic as implied. (One of the disciplines in my last life). Also, there is nothing to imply that LO did not have a side chat. Have to give the BoD credit for driving the company to this point, not a minor feat. I guess Barder's cynical body language reflected the tone of impatience in the questions and lack of appreciation of the success thus far. This project is ongoing and stuff is happening, this format does not favour the daily SP watchers. The SP fluctuations encourage (day ) traders and I have no doubt some are manipulating and making money. MM,s are not complaining, cycle of life in the finance world. This will come good, of that i have no doubt.
Bandit1, with your point below (to justify selling- why still posting then?), are you implying Haleon and other distributors will drive a bargain to bankrupt Fum lol? How then are these distributors going to make money in that case after spending 10s million in marketing etc…? Well this is what you’re implying. An inanimate cartoon character would have some humility in comparison lol
“The Haleon team would have driven a very hard bargain and our less than impressive duo would IMO have struggled in negotiations when sitting across the table with Haleon negotiators. It could take 18 months from announcing the Haleon deal last June, to launching. Let that sink in. Sure, the launch may come sooner but we seem to be entirely at the mercy of our distributors who are clearly calling the shots and all Barder does is to hide behind NDA’s.“
When I say profit rolls in, obvious! I mean we all just have to wait. its how it is! milestones have been met, & the roll out is way underway, what more could you ask. Profits will come.
Just as Mcdonalds was actually about real estate Fum is about building and then probably selling a brand
With 300 million ED sufferers on the planet it will be very very valuable
Of course Barder is sitting behind Distributor's, as Barder keeps saying they are good @ R & D, so he's handed the marketing over to the pro's, to do what they do best! Personally I don't understand a lot of the chat & views on this forum. FUM are protecting their business & what they do, which follows suit from the distributors protecting their marketing campaigns. You don't get this far down the road & the signings they have without success formulating for the future. The journey that FUM has been on has been incredible over the years. I personally think you have to be invested in FUM till the profit rolls in, which it will. I'm not sure what investors chatting on here expect......some seem to be experts...quoting all sorts. Bottom line is FUM & all its distributors all have it in hand. They are not just making it up as they go along. They can only say what they can say! full stop! like it or not...when colossal sums of profits are at stake, a slow & steady roll out will be executed. Have a great weekend all!
Absolute steal at these levels
Revenues will soar over 500% in next 2 years according to Liberum
They will book $4 million upfront this year plus possibly another $5 million is as is likely Halen launch into the usa this year
Patent protection already to 2040 in UKEU plus likely to be granted in the USA and ROW this year
Dumped the rest of my holding today. The presentation on Wednesday was embarrassing. It seems evident watching that Barder and Hildreth are both out of their depth, and whilst I was prepared to accept the management shortcomings given that we received FDA approval, I have serious reservations about the commercial deal that has been struck. Gross profit of 57% doesn’t mean anything without knowing what the commercial deals will deliver to the bottom line. The Haleon team would have driven a very hard bargain and our less than impressive duo would IMO have struggled in negotiations when sitting across the table with Haleon negotiators. It could take 18 months from announcing the Haleon deal last June, to launching. Let that sink in. Sure, the launch may come sooner but we seem to be entirely at the mercy of our distributors who are clearly calling the shots and all Barder does is to hide behind NDA’s. I remain a bit surprised that LO have not put more pressure on them to strengthen the management team. Sadly I think this will disappoint and even after launch in US it will take an age to get any meaningful data.
Against my better judgment topped up, no bad news so why not all positive really so it’s hopefully a no brainer! If you listen to the presentation the CFO keeps on stating we can’t and won’t release the US launch date, as if they know when it will be? just reiterating the 12month from Feb that Haleon announced! Basically 10 month now, Jesus I’ve been here years and years forgot how many now, but 10 months is a drop in the ocean! I know I said I’d be out if no new announcements but Hey just can’t give up on the guaranteed payday coming very soon!
Incredible a company full of promise and on the way to profitabilty
