"It's dead Jim". We were sold a kipper.
DM no but I will.
What irks me is that two very wealthy men signed up to a ridiculously punitive loan repayment and then reneged on it.
There must have been other options available, but no, they embarked on a vendetta to remove a board member ( who voted him on ,not me)
The result has been much angst for shareholders, loss of tax advantages and expensive lawyers fees.
Even Judge Seeborg questioned there duplicity.
No proof at all against Hope so far that he acted against the interests of frr other than objecting to a new loan being given preferences over the money owed to him.
Not a fan off the likes of Hope at all but when will frr prove he is guillty of anything at all?
In the meantime all we have are the usual frr smoke and mirrors.

Have you ever read " Chariot of the Gods" ? - A lot of unrelated facts put together to make a plausible outcome. Seems we are in a similar story line - or not.
All I can now work out is that we are still alive and hoping for some more exploration hopefully
Bedex: use the filter button mate.
Well I must say some of you guys are much better than me in thinking some of the last 6 months (being VERY generous there) make some sense or purpose.
Thanks to the usual folks trying to unravel the whole thing.
NO THANKS to the BB cloggers with their mindless ramps/deramps. Takes a lot of picking through nowadays to get any info. at all.
I think there is a clause in the loan about transferring assets, so I'm sure Hope will be pursuing that.
Not sure why, now that Hope can't veto anything FRR don't simply get another loan and pay him off and move on.
If getting another loan is a problem then we are in trouble.
EkXoc
Good post
Hopefully something good should come out, sometime soon.
That's exactly what I've been thinking, EkXoc, so it can't be right!
I guess we are waiting to see if Hope will be able to cause any more trouble ie contest the asset move (though seems to be an issue of Gerogian law or is there some caluse in the loan stating FRR can;t move it which he could take to Cayman?), reject the DOS (though I think that is more Maples not sure if he has any influence).
It 'feels' like things are progressing on the ground with all this BP activity, the DOS being signed and the tender for Ukraine whcih I think get dished out in 1 months time with FRR beng the front runner for it?
We must be getting close to expecting some news from FRR. I suppose the court case is stil lscheduled for August but is this not just a suit for damages? Hope has gone the asset is safe Im no sure what the major obstacles are now?
