forbes1, as this is your first post, you are understandably forgiven for not being in tune with the average FRR PI's psyche. We are experts at bringing joy from adversity. Victory from defeat. Celebration from catastrophe. Better get used to us, or toddle off from whence you came.

Am in agreement ODR on this and the reason for this is that we now have more information than we did before. And while that information paints a very complex picture, it shows that FRR are still alive (however frail-looking) and that they are working towards a plan/ strategy, even if on the surface things look to be all over the place.
Things would've been so much easier had YA, Hope and Shorters had not attempted dirty games simultaneously. But they did. That kind of thing has brought down other companies. However, we're still here and inching towards a finish line that will only become clear when we cross it.
Good luck all!
forbes: welcome to the Board.
Because any chance of us getting anything back on our investment solely hinges on the outcome of the arbitration and this is the first time there has been any hint of positive progress on that front.
Zeps: it doesn't look healthy, but in my opinion it does look healthier than it has at times in this torrid year. The quotes in the Georgian newspaper from Zaza suggest that the arbitration is close to being resolved with us still holding production rights. The problem is that this is a quote from Zaza but we do know from GOGC or Sweden that the arbitration is ongoing/delayed. That means that they must be talking about something. It would also (perhaps) be unwise of Zaza to spout lies in Georgia where GOGC could contradict him (they're probably not going to be bothered about what he says in Ukraine). Against this, laying off long serving loyal employees is a big negative, although I wouldn't put it past Zaza doing this to increase pressure on the Georgian Government; he is certainly ruthless.
So, for me we are in a better place than we have been for a while.

It's taken you till now to come to that conclusion!!!
It's not looking very Healthy for any of us. Unfortunately!!! I wouldn't hold my breath for any good news coming from Anywhere. Including Mr Cheesie or Puddy. Lol
