Unfortunately this doesn't look good, and I wonder if this could put some of the Texas Politicians off from speaking up for FRR.
For the court case there is a list of dates for services running to $64,705 in total (earliest dates of charges late 2017 thru to 2019). There are two copies in evidence of the same cheque dated October 13th 2017 so lots of money still owed but who owns a company and continues to service another company for nearly 18months after the last cheque. There is only one check in evidence so I have to assume no further payments were made after it or presumably they would have entered those as well.
There are 14 pages of invoices sent to Frontera and weirdly the date on the contract is 2009?? Billed for a number of servers some in Texas some in Tlibisi each month the bill is around $1800.
Lan Bentsen is the Frr contact listed on the work orders and I have a phone number which is close to the Frr Houston number but possibly a direct line versus going to the office answer machine - may give this a call to see what happens!!
The Plaintiffs original petition is asking for a citation and is against SN as he lives in Tx so I imagine easier to sue. It uses Promissory Estoppel as there was substantial reliance by the promisee and it resulted in his detriment. It says SN had verbally and by email told the company they would be paid. SN was given 30 days warning as a chance to pay the $64,705 and he has not, so they are seeking $64K plus interest and $21K attorney fees.
I am not going to add links as without a log in you would not be able to see anyway and the pdf's it will not allow me to copy n paste any of them. I am a genuine holde, have been for many years.. I lived in Cumbria when I bought my first FRR shares and I am a member of FSHG.
Thanks StarRage - your idea worked and I can now log in. Cheers
StarRage - I registered but then couldn't get past the input address, telephone number part. When I try to login in I get a "registration not complete" message, so i think your proxy server did the trick.
It has gone down in the past only to come back up a day later we have discussed this when it went down that they had not paid the website company this proves it.
No worries StarRage. I guess the amount is relatively small compared to the other cases!
Thanks StarRage but the document folder is empty when I open it. Can you clarify one point ? In the "Ex. A - Summary of Unpaid Invoices and Penalties.pdf document" are the penalties related to interest on missed payments or is it a reference to earlier and unpaid court penalties and so in line with the case Earsbern mentioned ?
StarRage - thanks for clarification.
Earsbern - I think you are right. In the document list related to the new court case there does seem to be a document from 2009 referred to as "Ex. B - FEGL-2009 XCare-1.pdf.pdf"
Strangely, The company website states this -
"X-ISS successfully designs, deploys, and manages HPC & IT solutions for mid-size and large organizations. The Company’s clientele has included global Fortune 100 firms within the oil and gas, life sciences, financial services, and manufacturing industries such as Dell, Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, IBM, M.D. Anderson, the Office of George Bush, Frontera Resources, and GX Technology."
Then under "Success Stories" there is a quote from FRR -
"Reggie Spiller, Frontera Resources
“X-ISS helped our business get to another level by leveraging IT. We expect things to work. With X-ISS, things always work.”

Some time ago, when Outrider first started the FRCC liquidation procedure in NY (and when I still had visual access to the NY dockets!) there was a claim listed under 'Harris County' for payment of a debt of some sort (sorry, but I have no details). The money claimed by 'Excellence in IS Solutions Inc' must, I suppose, be that same debt, so the debt itself is not new. The new claim does seem to imply, though, that Excellence ISSI has not been able to satisfy their claim through the FRCC liquidation process. Perhaps the debt simply wasn't part of FRCC's responsibility.
these guys appear to have a real dislike of parting with cash
look forward to new litigation in august when outrider come calling
that will be another couple of years of silence
might be up to 5 years of non communication by the time this is over
I came across this, dated 1st June-
The Harris County Civil Court reported the following activities in the suit brought by Exellence in Is Solutions Inc. against Frontera Resources Corp. and Steve Nicandros on June 1.
'Efile Original Petition'
'Original Petition (oca)'
Case number 1155531 was filed in the Harris County Civil Court on June 1.
Its a commercial debt case. It states - "CITATION TO BE ISSUED ***OWES COPY FEES FOR EXHIBITS***"
Excellence in Solutions Inc provide "management consulting services".
The records can be accessed via this site - but it needs a USA address and contact details to access
the files. There are 27 pages including details of unpaid invoices and penalties.
