Fair point, ODR
Think there may be a little confusion over lawyers. My understanding is that we need lawyers in California to represent FRR. This case is against Steve personally and he will have no problems finding legal representation.
GLAss
Agreed, Ivy. It gives some encouragement to see Steve N resurface and fight back against Hope’s claim. Also good to see that there are still lawyers who will represent him. The battle is not over yet.
I totally agree with you MP. What ever Georgia decides will be pivotal to not just us but everybody in that region and the rest of mainland Europe.

Yes court case is a possible side show but I take it as a positive that they have found new counsel to fight on even if it is just to delay things further until arbitration is settled.
No good if SN is forced into conceding vital ground in court case which could materially effect moving forward whilst arbitration is rolling on imo
Ivyspivey - IMHO the court cases are just noise now and the main focus is in the political arena.
Great to see SN still going at it & as already mentioned by a few Hopeless, is still after those shares. I am sure Hopeless at start would have been thinking he would have had in the bag by now.
Overall, still I feel things are edging towards Frr coming to an agreement with GG & sorting out that aching pain Hopeless.
Would like to see court docs.
Can anyone copy n paste please?
Morning MP
Surprised there are not more folk commenting on the new court documents which although we have not seen are possibky more positive than what we have seen in a long time as any response by SN is a positive imo
IMHO they're likely to discuss Russia's involvement in the Caucasus region.
