Shatner: cannot disagree with you alas.
There are one or two positives to counter the plethora of negatives: DOS lodged in Caymans and not challenged yet as far as we know (this is a real major positive and doesn't stack up with the fact that operations are halted and staff not paid). Hope off the Board, which may open the door to finance. And the fact that we are still alive. I know its a small thing, but if we were about to go bust, surely the last thing they would do is recommence sending out share certs?
GLA (boy do we need it)
Aurora who is the newcomer here?
I've spoken to this ex employee before so the source is sound. It's who we believe here hence the post.
People cannot handle the story from both sides and that is what will lose you your money for sure. Blinkered.
Staff not being paid for months, an appallingly bad court case and comedian lawyer with Star Wars references, NOMAD resigning, lied to about mortgage terms, so much crap with YA and short selling, Arbitration and no flow rates doesn't really bode well for our investments. Some people need to maybe start resigning themselves to the fact that we have been done here. If it comes off it's a bonus. The longer is goes on the less chance there is of that.
On everything that has come out of the court, so far has been in hopes favour & it seems the court take the default & Frr claim, as two separate issues.
Overall it is as usual a wait & see of which might still be months away, but hopefully only weeks.
Is that not what the court case is a huge part of, we have defalted and in court, also with a host of other accusations on both sides, all to be settled by a judge in court, or out of court settlement !!!!!
It is not all about the court case.
Default, is the big problem. On that though, it might have started to be a smaller problem.
Forget about shorters, or longs, it's not about them, it's all about the court case and were we are with it all.
Currently everyone is up s##t creek without a paddle, what I can't believe is there has not been a single word.
Looming more glum than a cold wet night on the moors.
Another thought again a stretch at this juncture but if we relist and I had a huge short on Id probably if I could afford it have to hedge as soon as the market opened while still trying to close the short so we could see folks that try to destroy all of a sudden desperately closing shorts on a rapidly rising share price knowing they will have a huge loss and at the same time having to buy rapidly on a separate account to try and claw back the inevitable losses. And of course the relist price may already start considerably higher than the closing christmas price. Now that would be a thing.
cheers

Hi Bugs
So its interesting the strange newcomers arriving with new angles of attack. My take is we are not a million miles from being back on the market and I predict a rapid increase in this type of thing. It has got a bit more sophisticated if you can call it that. All designed that if we do re enter a trading market that the broken will just sell out asap and their hope would be that they limit the short carnage.
if we relist I will be adding not selling I appreciate after this much silence thats quite a stretch of a statement but I cant do anything now anyway so just need to sit tight.
cheers
Aurora
Goit , Agree what you say re employee NDA , can’t see anything at all re FRR , he also has 5 or 6 other friends who state employed at Frontera , again nothing sticking out re Company.
The guy who runs the Georgian drilling community - club is an ex Frontera employee..
A couple of years ago he put up a video of a gas well flaring, Despite the fact he was wearing a hard hat and sunglasses I sussed who he was..
I messaged him about the gas flare and he was quite aghast that I knew it was him.. He was a little abrupt with me and was asking who I was and who I was working for.. He then stopped responding and wouldn't answer me.. I wished him the best of luck on the rig he was working on in Kazakhstan but he never replied..
I tend to get the feeling he is a disgruntled former employee.. he did put some Frontera field pictures up a couple of years ago, Then quickly took them down, Luckily I grabbed the lot before he deleted them.. He is still in touch with a lot of Frontera staff but appears to me to be a bit of a "loose cannon".. Tough one to call, I just assumed it was business as usual out there..
I would expect the FRR employee to be under NDA himself - So i wouldn't get your hopes up. However that reply appears to be from the admin (or one of) of the page which has been going since Jan 2017. So I don't think it is a troll. I'm also not saying he is fully informed either. A bit worrying for me tbh and could help further explain the full radio silence from FRR.
Coggy I don't support facebook either since I found out adult neighbours were monitoring my kids posts. Some time ago that though.
Since then they have limited their " friends " and neither my wife nor I use it.
Nothing makes any sense here but nothing happening in the field would explain the silence from the company and is more plausible than “we’re going to be rich rich rich”. Doesn’t explain the DOS though!
Couple of days ago sent a friend request on Facebook to a guy who is a Frontera employee in Georgia which he accepted .Not had any conversation yet though.
However just copied the GDC post to him for his comments .....fingers crossed he replies .....everything else crossed that he replies with .....”fake news”
Also , cannot see anything on his pages going back till last year that indicates any issue ,but might have missed something though, having to spot what looks likely FRR and then translate .
So maybe what I thought said Russian Bar stewards Said Zaza Bar steward !!
Coggy, just amazon primed a laptop.
That's a computer, not a dancer. :))
bedecked, Facebook no longer support ZX Spectrum software. That's why you can't open the link.
LMOA
Lol
I have an idea, why dont we take frr to court.
Can't. ... esteemed..... jeez I am tired of this POS !
Cant open any of the links so what is the fuss about now?
Apart from the complete silence from our company's estimed BOD ( which could be better than the s**t they fed us in the past)
Clicked on Community chest, but would rather take a Chance.
If it's dead why are they fighting through the California courts paying expensive lawyers sorry don't believe it
Did the drillers mention the flow rates for T39?
MP
Stop with the clickbait....georgian drilling club. I thought it was a *****house!
As always, let the company get on with what it needs to do for the timebeing (have to add, I am skeptical of folks who recommend pestering FRR when they haven't pulled fully clear of the mess yet).
