I think a problem that Frr will have, if things go their way. Is that time left on extension of licence will be down to something like 4yrs & that is at least 10yrs+ short of what is needed. The 10yrs+, would think, is a minimum.
Even though there is more to do by Frr, if we are to get anything back. At least the door, is now just about open for them to sort out Outrider & YA.
On as far as ZM , is concerned at the moment he is now an irritation of which looks like Frr have got the remedy for.
Like your optimism. Phil. Not sure about getting wealthy. Would be nice to get something back from our investments after all this agony. Hard to see how, though.
Good to have some communication from the company but it's little we don't know already. Until the asset is securely 100 percent certified back in FRR's hands I don't see FRR as being able to get the investment it needs or buy ins/outs, etc.
If Zaza wasn't being a tw*t we would likely already be in a position in terms of having a deal done on proper investment, buy in/out, etc and as shareholders, Zaza included being one of them could all be a lot richer. Instead Zaza has gone on a pointless expedition of his own creating to try and get all for himself. He's just wasting precious time, the asset will be returned to FRR at the end of the day that is evident in the court cases to date. All he is succeeding in doing is pointlessly wasting more time needlessly in pursuing a case he will never win. He needs to stop all this sillyness right now and agree to give up his Green Capital case for them having the asset. Then we can get proper investment in, Buy In/Out, etc and all get wealthy. We can pay of Hope, YA, etc and get a good return on our investment, that is what we are all here for. No one deserves just to take the lot and deprive others invested in this share.
Before too long now we are going to start getting back into the Hope/Outrider court case, is it August time it kicks off again? Failing a miracle, we owe Outrider $40m and YA around $2m. We may not like them but we signed up to terms of the loan agreements and we need to pay these off. A proper investment deal or buy in/out, etc could sort all of that out at the stroke of a pen yet FRR are not going to be able to do that if they don't have the asset 100 percent certified back under our control. In that case if these trials go the distance we will all likely lose out, quite probably the lot I'm guessing and that means we all get little or no return, Zaza included. Hence why Zaza should throw in his pointless attempt now of trying to win a case he will never win so we can get this sorted now and all walk of all the more wealthier.
We are in this situation because of SN 's ineptitude . personally i think he doesn't give a stuff about shareholders and will dilute them into infinity to save himself. If by some miracle the company survives with some shareholder value, SN should do every shareholder a favour and walk .
Don't worry about RR. As he was wrong about Zaza and Brexit he's probably gone off to have his crystal ball overhauled.
R8pilot, onwards and upwards? The undercarriage has been scraping the tarmac for so long and we can't get off the ground. Time to jettison some excess baggage lol
they are a disgusting bunch of bastards
Is the least they can do to fund the court cases as its them that got us into the position in the first place
They treat us with contempt
Thanks Looed for the update. Thanks also goes out to SN and his legal team - Financing the challenge would not have been and cheap. He clearly believes in the asset and a chance of success otherwise the towel would have been thrown in a while ago ! Onwards and upwards. GLA
Even though Frr should not have been in this crap position in the 1st place.
Think BOD should be given small bit of credit, in that they have financed all the legal work of which will carry on. Hopefully though for not to long.
Looed
Thanks for posting message.
Wheels are still turning on the Frr bandwagon. As mentioned by Dave. Would be good to have a formal statement by Frr with some concrete info.
Shareholders expressing their frustration and being critical of SN / others is not "illicit activity". Not sure how you can read this message as some form of gag order.
They are referencing those parties who, with ZM, attempted to “steal and convert Frontera's primary holdings and gut value from all shareholders.”
Morning,
Very much agree with your sentiments Monti.
Thanks very much to efforts of Looed and others and of course none of us should do anything to “ harm” the progress of FRR in its fight against anyone trying to steal the assets.
However not only is there immense frustration in the way SH have been ignored and treated for a very long time by all sides involved in this dispute but there will be some who genuinely feel that it is simply an attempt to placate angry SH against any effort to criticise SN et al.
You will of course not stop any attempt by individuals whether SH or not or with malicious intent or not to want to inflict damage on any of the parties involved and others like me simply let the court process play out.
I am happy to continue to have yourself and FSG act as a conduit and in effect act as a SH communication to best effort to keep us all informed and protected but any of us can well understand the history here may make many suspicious
Thanks Looed yet again, is this a glimmer of hope or just BS to keep us LTH’s at bay...!? Only time will tell..... !!??? Is it just me or is anyone else missing RR..!!?? Hope he is alive and well..!
I think what they mean by this ‘...... it is not in the best interest of our company's work for anyone to undertake efforts to damage this progress or participate in the theft of Frontera's holdings’, is telling shareholders to refrain from getting involved in things like messaging the judge, media outlets (sharing historical info like from investors meetings) and/or making direct threats to Zaza and his family/team; these things are most likely to harm the company. Is this fair request? Not really given the frustrations that have been rising over the past 2.5Yrs with zero shareholder-comms. Having said, I thank them and Looed for this small channel of communication and while we are in the midst of legal cases, we should behave ourselves until there is some visibility. But this comes at a price, that we shareholders need to be more informed (it’s the not knowing which is killing a lot of us).
Is there any plan for the gas or the 100 million loan facility in the short term?!
Give us timescales
Ta.
I hope comms do become regular but with a little more substance. We're 6 months into the year and their formal communcation earlier this year alluded to company going through transformation/ new mngmt but in reality we've seen very few developments - yes zaza was in the way, but imo comms were probably over optimistic / bordering on misleading to keep shareholders happy.
Do i feel like theres any significant news in the short term? not really. I honestly can't see anything other than legal issues.
Tired of hearing evolution/ transformation show us something....
I think you are reading it the wrong way.
They are saying that the Texas case is a very public way that shareholders can see that the company will robustly defend its position. The previous message mentioned that events where also going on that are not in the public domain. Remember they are not just going after ZM, they are also going after Green Capital in Georgia, dealing with GOGC etc.
It ends by stating comms will become more proactive in comms with shareholders. Thats seems to be a promise, hardly a threat to a shareholder.
Thanks Looed,
I too feel a bit concerned about the point Whamboy has raised. A warning to shareholder revolt against furure plans? is it directed at Zaza/ Hope...
What is the plan, will we be wiped out with massive dilution.
Thanks Looed. I was getting a bit twitchy again, so it was good to receive your and the company’s message. They make a fair point when they note that the BoD have funded this legal work, which cannot have been cheap.
I was a bit confused by this bit though “In the meantime, as you (will all) no doubt will agree, it is not in the best interest of our company's work for anyone to undertake efforts to damage this progress or participate in the theft of Frontera's holdings.”
Are they implying that some here are trying to damage FRR ?(other than perhaps the obvious MCadys of this world), or simply highlighting the damage attempted by Zaza and co?
"Our company is continuing to evolve in a positive manner.
The recent hearing in U.S./Texas district court exposed efforts to steal and convert Frontera's primary holdings and gut value from all shareholders.
Mr. Nicandros, our board and executive management team have mounted and funded a serious and proper effort to protect and preserve against illicit activity as the company continues its evolution back to value creation.
In the meantime, as you (will all) no doubt will agree, it is not in the best interest of our company's work for anyone to undertake efforts to damage this progress or participate in the theft of Frontera's holdings.
As we continue to advance progress, we will indeed be communicating more proactively."
(As always, FSHG have the full comms chain)
