Sorry to hear your terrible news Phil, my thoughts and condolences. I really hope sometime in the spring most of us can get together for a few beers and celebrate coming through this with some kind of reward. It would be good to put some faces to names.

Phil sorry to hear about your loss. My heart goes out to you! Stay strong fella for the rest!
Frr are alive and kicking. Now why would congress mention Frr if that wasn’t the case?? What is the prize that the USA don’t want to miss out on??
I’ve been a shareholder for 8 years. Rightly or wrongly I encouraged my Son to invest in Frr himself. He was always very hopeful that this would reap dividends.Sadly he died suddenly last year which was devastating! He particularly liked pyro’s opinion “ You don’t fight over an empty box’
If this needs to come good for anyone it’s my son and best mate...........here’s hoping!
Cracking post 17.33 brgmg69 ......and re your follow of .......If this comes good, on the day it does I think we’ll know by the silence on this board who was really short and who was invested......Caused me to repost below from the past:

Unquantifiable potential losses - its quite lovely.

So companies dont come back when they delist could we be the first in your head..
No one can prove if it's bad or good only when the fat lady sings will we know...
There's a hell of a lot more negative things happening than positive things that's for sure. Will FRR come out of this with B12 intact or will it be duped by some other party? At this moment in time it certainly doesn't look good for them and until someone can prove otherwise it is a waiting game.
I've attended two share evenings and met Zaza (more than probably most of you!) and I did believe the guy, had a laugh and a few drinks with him and he said to a few of us that he won't let us down. Do I still believe that? Not entirely but I hope he proves me wrong.
I'm in 6 delisted shares now and some have been gone for about 10 years (USOP) and have a guess how many have come back? None, not one!
The employees not being paid has to be tactical. It's such a small amount of money they are owed. I just cant get my head around why Zaza would not pay them as most of the unrest and negativity we are getting come in our direction is due to this.
Perhaps it's a way of hiding the income from the oil and gas. If we cant pay the employees then it might make our enemies think theres not much being produced. Also we had not paid our Lawyers perhaps its linked.
Could be good or could be bad then lol
We know the employees are protesting as they haven't been paid. Whether they have said what has been reported is a completely different matter. A journalist can write anything ... just look at the Daily Mail!

Like has been said , don’t think Arbitration is influenced by outside comments/ factions particularly at this late stage .
However as a result of those comments / factions I assume they would accept a jointly signed letter by both parties saying ...thanks very much but now sorted .
We seem to be concentrating on the timing of any arbitration decision while disregarding the simple solution of the parties reaching agreement between themselves and informing the arbitrators they have done so thereby bringing the process to an end. If it is true that the only remaining issue is the length of the PSA beyond 2027 then it seems to me that this is not a matter for arbitration but a requirement for an agreement on commercial terms. As for timescales, an agreement between the parties on all issues could be announced on Monday, (I wish), in any event it could come very soon and we can all get on with the rest of our lives.
I thought it may be helpful to provide some guidance about timings for the making of an award by the arbitrators as it is being discussed this morning.
The only information we have is the press reports so this analysis is based with that caveat. It appears the Arbitration took place in the middle of December. The arbitrators have asked the parties to submit final written submissions and responses with that process due to complete mid February. Written submissions in this manner is usual and entirely consistent in both arbitral and court proceedings. The arbitrators will not deliver an award until those submissions have been sent. Then it is up to the arbitrators to arrive at their decision. This is the unknown element in terms of timing and will depend on the number of issues to be determined, the complexity of the dispute and the volume of documents etc..As a rough guess I'd say we are looking at the middle of the year. I have been involved in one complex arbitration where one of the arbitrators was a leading QC and it took him over a year to deliver his award! The big question is will the parties be able to resolve the matter before the middle of the year. The GOGC have spent over £6 million allegedly and with only the award pending and given the way the arbitration went (FRR having to instruct a new legal team and the arbitrators refusing to take on FRRs procedural challenges) I think they will fancy their chances. The recent increased pressure from the US has , however, set the cat amongst the pigeons somewhat. Will it be enough to stop the arbitration in its tracks at the last minute? For those old enough to remember, reminds me of Penolope Pitstop tied to the railway track with an express train approaching only to be rescued at the last minute.
