The creditors amount owed is the investment in Forbesventures to the 2 entity’s that hold the stake in meg uk limited (robcooper and Elizabeth rose) as at 20th august 2020 the shares (assets) in for were worth about 800k at 0.04p
Me group holdings is a totally different company that is doing extremely well for rob and partners
How did you read that?
I admire you optimism Gregfin but I do think that this is all going to go the shape of the pear. Please see below a cut and paste from the Forbes Ventures website -
"Rob is a director of, and major shareholder in, MEGH UK Limited which holds an equity position in Forbes Ventures" Now click on the link below to see the current finacial health of MEGH UK ltd -

Can anyone explain to me if I have read this wrong and we have no reason to be concerned ? As I have stated previously I do not have a large investment but its not the point and we as shareholders need to stick together if anything untoward has happened here....
Perhaps the reason you never get a reply is because your attitude stinks
They have no intention to delist I heard last week
Also they are working hard to provide an update I was told also.
I contacted RC via LinkedIn last week. He has read through message but has made no response. Unfortunately I do not think there will be any updates until the end of December and then only to confirm what we all fear that has been delisted.. I wish I had sold when the securitisations didn't materialise but you live and learn..
Yep you’re right must be dodgy internet.

AQSE Growth Market has updated their site and taken off all the old news for Forbes.
Not sure what this means but could be some news imminent.
