Yesterday we had a buy by a director - what did it do for the sp? roly is as bad as ISAPENSION for unrealistic expectations. Director buying - ha! Waffle from roly.
As i said the other day, I would not be surprised to see more buys from directors over the coming weeks, the stock is illiquid so hard to sell/buy any volume, also if you look at the annual accounts concerning directors options these can be exercised from 1.925/2.5 and 3.8p, IMO FLX is undervalued which I understand given past performance however if revenues continue to grow in Cyber for FLX the S.P. will eventually perform, I think patience here for 6/12 months will reward, at least I hope so. Roly
Dactions, it really is such a minuscule amount
that I would be reluctant to read too much into
it….
I would like to believe it is because they have some
confidence the SP will rise BUT am not even nearly convinced this is the reason…
The Directors are making a more determined effort this time to show their support of the shares. Today's RNS shows that the Chairman has also added more shares. Perhaps not a massive sum I grant you, but in the context of Falanx's miserable share performance these past years, it is a hopeful sign nevertheless.
An RNS causes a flutter of excitement an we get a spike up. It has happened many times before. You know what happened on every previous occasion.
Given that this is an illiquid stock, I would not be surprised to see more buys from the directors.
Always a better sign, if nothing else, when the Directors buy the shares - even if it's only around £7000 and £2000 worth respectively.
Correct Noel. The gloaters were relatively quiet when this was plummeting. Now they are out in force. A wide spread and buying just following directors without substance. Oh well time to sit back and enjoy the descent once more.
Any excitement over this director buying is premature. Let's see what the sp is in two weeks time.
:) :) :)
