Wouldn't Hedge your bet on this this one
Next to come ---Director and NED resignations ..they wont need a BOD as big as now when they are a private company
Massive dilution, share restructure or something like a CVA occurs and the assets are sold off into a new company where you have no shares. Either way you fecked.
Eventually the shares will be worthless IMO.
If they come back, they will want to use the market to raise funds for expantion. It will be a weak posision, hence heavy delution. Keep shares only if they give you access to the bard. Being in private with little shares you will be the last to know. The big boys may decide to sell it for spare parts and say it is in the best interest of all.
"and the big question is...if they will comeback as private company ?!? "
well that is for you to work out ..you are the one with the big money bet
If you bought 31,506,153 shares , at the moment there worth £5986 to sell
and the big question is...if they will comeback as privet company ?!?
