This confirms my concern that our TZ sales have plummeted and we are able to cover sales with just one Aircraft,
It seems it is working but just not getting used much as FJI has done the overnighter to HRE tonight.
Well we had better get our finger out and get these ATR's Going way before then or we could be too late.

This is what I’ve been saying for weeks Buxton, previous posts if you have read them.
Fjetcrazy the job adverts look to be dated a few months ago ,I think the situation in Tanzania has deteriorated somewhat
The crew for Zimbabwe may be for the Bulawayo route hopefully more rotations and a connection to Joburg
Should be accompanied by a current trading statement, it would be better if they brought it forward to enlighten us
Potentially a serious situation developing again with loss of revenue on top of poor trading in the first 6 months
Cash will be disappearing especially if funds in Zimbabwe are not accessible
Our sales in TZ have been decimated whilst ATCL are B787 domestically, it is a good proactive response to the current climate in TZ, i would not be suprised if 5Hfji moves base, something is afoot as the rescheduling of increased HRE x3 direct and the two LUN also now direct have reverted to the old schedule, all will be revealed soon, even the resumption of JNB is on the cards I’m hearing, however I’d put my money on ATCL getting this when they get their A220, the 3Atr72 well frankly who knows.
We are losing out so much against the other operators in Tanzania one hopes that the E190 could be utilized in Mozambique or Zimbabwie to make up the lost revenue
But again left in the dark as to what is happening or progress. If we are only using or only have available 1 aircraft for 3 months I certainly hope we have a spare or can use an ATR ( of which we have 3 unused) as in the event of aircraft problems we will have no flights out of Tanzania.
DAR ops down to one Aircraft until Dec1ST as the regional flights rescheduled to overnight again. Very high utilisation of one Aircraft, guessing the second E190 in heavy maintenance or parked as standby or she be going to another base, Nothing from the company as usual.
Back to 51 flights weekly from January
These move to daylight flights from Dec departing
1315 two weekly to LUN and two separately to HRE, so it’s still a two aircraft operation with lots of gaps available in downtime
We have gone from 61 flights per week to 31
I wonder if we will get an RNS to say one E190 returned to owner or re deployed to another base?,
The Tanzanian schedule is reduced right through into next year
Whilst ATCL and Precision are expanding, we have from 1ST retracted by 50%
Nico continues to keep his shareholders in the dark.
Oilguy, indeed you are correct, it’s actually looking like a one E190 operation for September
2x Mwanza
1x Mbeya
1Jro
Three weekly overnight LUN HRE
Good to see the 0600 DAR Mwanza flight re instated, however looks like its 3 daily for the forseable
They will still be able to do 3 x JRO weekly on 787 initially
Looks like down to twice daily from Saturday
Remember that ATCL still has 2 Airbus A220s (formerly Bombardier CS300) due for delivery soon
