You know this as fact do you ??? And just exactly what do you base your expert opinion ??? Omg.
Marksman I totally agree it’s full of impulsive and very silly people with sheep as followers. They fail to understand the company is what it is and will do what it wants not what they say. Wish I had a penny for every time someone says seller out or this will rise now ....
I ask you. In all common sense where do you think the money is going to come from to save this company??
Yes, three months after its inaugural flight from Dar es Salaam – 27 Feb 2013: 35,000 at 2.9p each and 20 more times after that until 9 August 2017 and then just over a million this month when they'd "sunk" to 0.00214p each. I used to be a regular poster in those days until the board became a very unpleasant place to be, thanks to a couple of truly obnoxious trolls.
Omg. This news was released months ago. Why try bull people to imply it’s fresh. This post has been taken over by some absolute fools. That is to say real investors can see these idiots are trying to wind things up !!! Where have you all been for the last 2 years...... sorry I read your posts on Flybe and all the poor people who listened to the nonsensical crap and lost their money. Clearly the future assessments of predicted share price is absolute nonsense. You don’t even understand what the company is proposing This company is majority owned by a private company.
Once the holding RNS comes with the seller out can see another big rise here. Another 1 billion volume tomorrow and this will fly
Thanks Marksman,
have you been invested long here?
Hello Jamsaral and welcome to the fastjet board. Good luck with your new investment. May it soon prove to be a profitable one for you. And the rest of us.
Seller out. No RNS as yet so I doubt it
Why ?
Seller's out and funding will be sorted soon. Expecting a big rise tomorrow as well.
I agree,
as a relatively new investor I value level headed knowledge .
I am in today at 21p
£6350
fingers crossed
1st post
so hello all
Thanks for the post liquid1 im sure newbies will be thankful for someone who takes the time to give information to help new or potentially new investors out. BREAKFREE in the filter bin you go
And your hear because you find it necessary to post on stocks u don't find interesting. ??
WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU REPEATING NEWS WE ALREADY KNOW ?? Seems like unnecessary Hope building! Ad the rest.... one of those shareholders is one that does not want to be involved in lending etc any more money. Fastjet won’t come back to us small shareholders as they have already sucked us dry several times before. Truth is that as the major shareholder sells their stake to the smaller shareholders less chance of getting substantive investment again !!
It has entered discussions with certain shareholders to explore options to restructure the company or secure a capital injection.
The restructuring proposal would involve divesting the Fastjet Zimbabwe division to a consortium which would be led by Solenta Aviation Holdings – the majority shareholder of Fastjet Group.
This consortium would also comprise local Zimbabwean investors.
Divestment would generate a consideration of $8 million from this consortium, says Fastjet Group, and relieve it of some $5.4 million in liabilities as well as $3.2 million of aircraft capital expenditure.
The proceeds would be used to settle current liabilities and provide working capital sufficient to fund the company into the 2021 fiscal year.
This proposal would mean Fastjet Group – which has already divested its Tanzanian division and suspended its Mozambican arm – would effectively become a franchise house.
It would generate revenues through the Fastjet brand and providing airline management services to other independently-owned carriers in Africa.
“The group would aim to only own airlines once they were cash-generative and profitable,” says the company, enabling it to avoid start-up costs and the uncertainties of operating in Africa.
Initial discussions on the proposal have been “positive”, it claims.
Fastjet Group would be given the option of returning as a shareholder by re-acquiring its stake in the Zimbabwean operation within three to five years. It would also continue to hold an interest in the FedAir operation.
1.36b volume today, pretty close to the entire free float excluding SHAL
More likely bigger rise tomorrow
Hi Aklee - 1.5 mil is also a nice holding. Nope I'm holding mid-long term :-)
I've seen one of my share holdings bottom out at 9p only to rise to mid 30's, you could say I love the ride, the risk, the journey.
Good luck to you.
Gap up tomorrow then
Hi CD. Thats a nice holding. Only got 1.5 mill but very happy with it.
Out of interest where will you be looking to slice profits?
Boom
BIG news imminent IMO
Vol. Sold 453,124,392
Sold Value £928.91k
Vol. Bought 532,335,421
Bought Value £1m
Glad I'm still holding my 3.5 million shares.
BTW, as someone did not understand, the last week in June starts Monday 29th and ends Tuesday 30th. That is different to the last full week In June which would otherwise be this week. At least get the facts straight lol.
TR1 tomorrow then whooosh
Last but one holdings RNS arrived two days after it was crossed at 12:19. So equivalent to tomorrow at 12:19. However the trade at 09:39. Therefore expect this earlier than midday!
