This isn’t going into administration. If you had a company with assets such as planes would you sell them days before going into administration or would you just let the administrators sort it..... they plan to be around for the future. This will multibag on good rns.
All the RNS's were for M&G selling and not for the other bigger players. That suggests to me that M&G have been selling for their own internal reasons eg their risk strategy may have changed hence a shuffle of their stock holdings. Either way seems too many things in favour of FJet with a share price and market cap at very low levels
Sellers sell for all sorts of reason. Especially in this climate. Time will tell! But they were selling it down from 0.8p to 0.1p. Coiled spring anyone
That one was released at 12:19 so can land anytime now. Perhaps at 15:30 or 16:00??
Getting exciting now!
There is a reason they are reducing. The company has cash to last a few more weeks then its lights out. They are burdened with debt and the options are either debt for equity at a significant discount, or delist/administration.
This is the final ramp to let the seller out
5. Date on which the threshold was crossed or reachedi:
16/06/2020
6. Date on which issuer notified (DD/MM/YYYY):
18/06/2020
That's due to the weekends.
The last but one was reported on the second day of trading which is equivalent of today
I would say a couple more days before TR1. Might be wrong and happy to be proved wrong. But if you look at the last 3 RNS (TR1)
16th June (as at 12th Jun) change from 17.32% to 14.93%
19th June (as at 16th June) Change from 14.93% to 13.44%
23rd June (as at 18th June) Change from 12.53% to 9.94%
5 trading days to reduce by 7.36%
Too much interest at 0.2p as this stock keeps getting bought into at that level and cleared in no time. Wonder how many more opportunities there will be before it's history
Please stop pumping as this will do what it does when airways open up...
I definitely think that’s the case
Collecting before the TR1 lands
The question how much it will rise this time ?
Just added a few. Thanks sellers
Bit of a shake there but price holding well enough.
Could jump anytime
I wonder where he/she/** is. Did you buy any at 0.1p or waiting to get some at that price.?
TR1 logged I think.
I watch ICON and here mostly. I missed the boat there. They both went up same day :( All about timing. I agree with you SP increase seems to be happening but quick profit makers are watching closely! GL
Bit disappointed - was hoping lunchtime rise similar to yesterday.
I have achieved my average and sold it. Price will likely to go up but keep dropping quickly before takes ages to back up. Money to be made if trend continues. I don't believe no one buys shares looking at these posts. GL all holders
this isnt flybe is it . really cmon thats silly
Edit £419m
I'm sure they could afford to send £50m our way out of the £419 they raised ?
exactly , gearing up for a fresh start , well branded company, regular updates , they are not hiding anything but good news imo
Doesn’t sound like an airline that’s about to go bust does it?!?
