Solenta stake in fastjet last year was valued at 33 million sterling on stock market thats a big incentive for Solenta to support Fastjet and maintain its stock market listing.
ZZZZZzzzzzzz
Ps what’s the share price at close ? Why? Nothing has changed. If anything negative facts and covid 19 has come to light The current price has no justification. The price will trickle back down to below its low and people will decide on punt / gamble .
I have never ramped or deramp a share. I have always stated facts people on here lately have not been stating facts, have used old data as though it’s recent and created hipe As more info comes out you have to reassess your assessment and investment. One of the problems with fastjet is they keep crying ‘wolf’ regularly they say now there running out of funds. Really the business has not been sustainable for a long time now with out borrowing money. Other airlines down there are doing well. If the deal goes through this company will fundamentally just be a shell with franchise ability. The company has not specifically stated what it will do if the deal goes through. So the gamble is will the deal go through either way SARL win. The investor doesn’t. If the deal does go through and especially with what has gone on lately what will be left that actually gives the company a valid value and surely with its view of a deal being done why is it not peddling its future and what’s its going to do ?? This now stinks to me of collusion which is not in the shareholders interest.
need this airline OneTime......watch the chunky buys add up over the next few weeks....then the rns concealed for now up the sleeve.
Wise words Smashy...
Guys, you've got to realise that you are fighting amongst yourselves. No serious punter gives a blind bit of notice to what you write here. If you heed investment advice such as Good Luck All or This Will shoot up, Don't miss the boat , you're deranged. If you posted it , you're trying to sell.
Breakfree you used to ramp this share a few months ago when it was .055 What has changed now?
Yes , basically Solenta are getting assets on the cheap. Not good for us smaller shareholders. The only way forward if the BOD are committed to the smaller shareholders and sure of their convictions is yes another rights issue which would I know be ridiculous but cheap funding
" 01 May 2020 - The Company has negotiated a US$600,000 loan facility with SAHL (the "Additional Shareholder Loan").
The Board has approved that SAHL register an aircraft mortgage to secure the Existing Shareholder Loan and the Additional Shareholder Loan, together US$2,600,000 (the "Outstanding Shareholder Loan"), against one of the Company's EMB145 aircraft currently registered in South Africa;
· SAHL is entitled to convert at any time the full or any part of the Outstanding Shareholder Loan of US$2,600,000 into ordinary shares of the Company, at a weighted average share price over the 90 days up to the drawdown date of the Additional Shareholder Loan, subject to the approval of the Board; "
so..no doubt they will be seeking another one - offset against any assets and the eventual sale of Fastjet Zimbabwe - the value of which is gradually being used up in order to keep the lights on, whilst everything is shut down
That’s I think is very fair comment
We know it will be a shell of the company that it was, and SAHL is asset stripping it of the prime assets for pennies on the £ invested, we know every airline worldwide is screwed, everyone is here for the high volume pump days before disposal when it says liabilities have reduced and its touted as a great move. Its just a trade, long term its a no in its current planned form.
It wouldn't surprise me if they end up disposing of whats left in time, and they become an actual shell listing, at which point it has enough losses to entice someone to buy the listing from SAHL to enable them to exit or they use it to reverse another asset in to and raise capital against.
The industry will have plenty of competition going bust and assets ready to buy from liquidators & administrators before year end, cant see the old "normal" levels returning till 2022.
See sense, fastjet even said these shares are over priced for all the risk.
Have you been sacked from fastjet in the past for taking too long for your tea breaks or lunch?
Man you are one bitter and twisted person... Why do you never change you opinion to strong sell ?
Look. Fastjet really on local passengers and tourists. Local passenger trade is very unreliable as so their destinations. This is why they keep trying new routes. The tourist trade is predominantly American. The American trade is up the creak at least until next year. Fastjet have told you that. People are ignoring that When and ifand if they come back fastjet won’t be there any more. The European market is in a worse situation. Why is anyone going to fund a debt riddled company with bad history to stand still for an unknown period etc etc
I’m nearly 50% down on my buys but that can change in an instant here. You only loose your losses when you actually sell at a loss. Fastjet are still here to be traded.
I think some people are just peeved off because they hold or bought at prices 10 or 20 times higher than now. Probably even higher. It’s life get on with it!
Added another 1.5 million. Mad low price GL holders
Nor is it Flybe!
fairly bad news if you look at it that way , i see flights being posted ,Zimbabwe tourism coming back too life, flights being booked, still has legs for pop after that rns , and really is a punt now for funding but more than positive outlook , too much off a lifeline company in that area , they will pull something out the bag. also this is not easy jet this is fast jet an entirely different company.
Fastjet shares have been rolling downhill ever since they were first issued.
how could you possibly no they have went round every investor ? do you have evidence ? if they can go this long without funding saying the same thing 6 months ago with no flights, now they actually have flights available and people are booking , plenty life yet my young condescending friend
Buy or sell that’s entirely up to the individual.
Personally I think they are worth a daft couple of grand at these prices. Buy sell or hold your choice and be happy with your lot. Good luck with your choice. Happy days.
Where are all the rampers today? Just the tin hat adorned deluded in charge ....
Where’s Mr JT...the only one who speaks sense... not that any of the dim wits here will admit it.
Good luck all... you were warned.
But I’m grateful that the unscrupulous rampers gave me the opportunity to all but get out. Thank you.
Miss G

Take your thoughts. Really would you lend them money. Little assets left, nominal income, what prospects??? It’s worth a gamble but only when the price is back down and you can afford to lose. But history speaks for its self. Truth is they have gone round the house’s borrowing money and now there’s no where left. Solenta are just waiting to grab the bits.
