Update on the Fastjet flights now all flights suspended till 31st August, now we will get all the useless messages and stories from the usual crowd God help us.
Am willing to bet an Apple that the sp will revert to above .20 by next Frida (2 days away). Share price do not move in a straight line and we have had our downturn for a while. The upturn is coming IMVHO
Although lockdown some flights are still operating for repatriation and cargo. This could also be the case for Fjet. Might not be profitable but al least covering a lot of fixed costs. If Zim Govt could reward High Rank Govt Official with Range Rover and other expensive cars then I do not see why it will not protect its aviation sector and bail out Fjet.
100 percent agree, that's why I've topped up again today. Collecting some very cheap shares at the moment, 8x cheaper than a month ago, very nice.
Anybody buying at .14 are lucky as I had to ave down and yet still at just under .16 which I can’t complain. In no time the sp will shoot up and would still look cheap at .22 when I initially bought.
is gonna be a positive one after the last update imo. It is well worth waiting for DYOR
Let's keep it to Fjet and not about Someone who changed a pi's lse name, He didn't directly threaten him as I saw it.
It's not about Breakfree it's about Fjet, who is Breakfree anyway, he's just here to make money like the rest of us.
NH the thing is that as we do not know who is genuinely who on these BBs especially some have multiple profiles, I tend to chew my words before addressing posters directly. The reason being you might be friendly with one profile but then be crossed with another profile which could be the same person. Hope it makes sense. Like Breakwind for example...
No you're not new and I totally reject and do not agree with any talk of breaking peoples legs, these are lower than low.
No place for it on this or any other public or private forum period... now lets get back to the business of trying to make some profit.
Ehhh I am new to Fjet and hold a small sizeable position. A bit confused! Who is Breakwind and why would people wish to break his leg? Enlighten me please. Thank You
Regardless of all this high jinx can we back to the serious point about one of our learned colleagues on this board Breakwind and try to ascertain whether they would now invest ? or is this still destined to crash and collapse...
Mug95 - It was the last CTEA RNS. If memory services me right. It is a 4 month trail.
I am in CTEA and have been reading back through their share news and found an interesting article regarding a trial they are undertaking in Botswana and other South African countries to evaluate their cov-id passport product to help in opening up the region Could fit well with Fjet. (Can one of you tecky types locate and post it please)
P.s not a ramp, just info. I'm not holding, I got out recently for a better re entry price so waiting on sidelines. Probs better to have deramped ! doh
Hi all, apologies if anything repeated but just got off the phone. I have previously stated that I worked in the airport industry (NOT FJET RELATED) but in construction. I spoke to my colleagues in the airport in TZ because our company built the new terminal last yr and he said people are acting like the pandemic is over and looking forward to getting more flights back this month. Ethiopian / KLM and Qatar are flying to Dar es Salaam and Turkish and Emirates will be back on the 1st Aug. No quarantine in effect , only social distancing with non mandatory masks. He said they are planning to use FJET and low cost carriers to resume work in the EA region whenever they are able to. DYOR AIMO
You won’t get a straight answer from breakwind
Breakfree, yes to which question.
Sorry, not in this for a bun fight, just a straight answer.
Yes
Has anything changed since the 3rd July rns?
The Directors believe that, based on current financial projections, funds available and expected to be made available, together with the current creditor terms agreed, the Company will continue to have sufficient resources to meet its operational needs until the end of August 2020. The headroom of available cash resources, however, remains minimal and will be drawn down on during the next few months to sustain and settle fixed costs and obligations of the Company should the lockdowns and travel restrictions in South Africa and Zimbabwe be extended into September 2020 and beyond. If flight operations do not restart to sustainable levels by the beginning of September or the Company is unable to access hard currency from the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe through repayment against the Company's historical legacy loans, it will cease to be a going concern.
Sorry, have I miss read your post? Are you saying you wanted to by shares?
Non of the posters have commented on the obvious. The major shareholders has completely changed. Whilst at one stage M&G were the largest independent investor now this role has been taken over by 4 other major investment groups inc Hargreaves lansdown. So on that basis clearly these groups are of the view of a good return !!
What also is noted that non of these increased holdings came out as an RNS even when this exceeded 5%.
On another note substantial amounts of stock were impossible to buy this morning by our group.
SP dropped on ridiculously low volume. Some of us hold more than the total volume traded today. Bounce should happen very fast like I missed the low yesterday and paid higher.
I think due to Solenta being the major shareholder and financially involved being the major creditor, they would be the source of the financing agreement. It would most probably in the form of a loan or equity based. They have too much to lose to allow Fjet to go under. I am also of the belief that the Zim Govt will provide financial assistance to struggling core businesses in the hope to rebuild their economy quickly and travel & tourism is a core sector. So news anytime now
Thanks all for your comments
