I think they design it to help the customers let's not forget. I loot of people in Africa use there phone book the ticket, not every country got Wi-Fi. the website it so easy to use is that not good thing?
Theres lots more to be built on this website apparently. I absolutely do not like it in its current form.

I don't like to be negative but unless there are more changes to be made, I prefer our old website to the new one. At present there do not seem to have as many cross selling opportunities such as hotels, car parking etc. It is also not visual enough with use of pictures. Maybe it is deliberately simple for people using a site to book tickets for the first time ?
I am afraid that the new Big Saver or Achiever fares http://bulawayo24.com/index-id-business-sc-companies-byo-120518.html seem far too complicated with different route variables. Simple is Best.

Exactly right PJ
you can book it now I tried from dec and it works
was always going to be difficult to cut from Europe and the U.S and paste into Africa. They are just not the same markets. IThey started with big planes, then smaller planes and matbe will go to Hovercrafts and flying boats. This was mentioned a few years ago.
JT16 What I thought Frankly Bizarre was how you managed to misinterpret what I said. If you had studied all my previous posts in depth you would have realised that I was saying that just like a big Company like Ryanair who made a management mistake causing untold inconvenience to a large number of people, an unplanned Aircraft breakdown can also cause immense inconvenience. In both cases those affected mostly will soon forget when things are back to normal and will not break either Airline. People soon return to them when normal service resumes when compared to the alternative. At no point did I compare Airlines, just the effect people being let down by Airlines causes.
Important news! Dear passenger, if you are intending to travel tomorrow (26th October 2017), please make sure to finalise your booking before: 21:00 25rd OCTOBER 2017 UTC 22:00 25rd OCTOBER 2017 Johannesburg, Harare, Lusaka (CAT) 23:00 25rd OCTOBER 2017 Dar Es Salaam (EAT) as our website will be temporarily under maintenance. We can't wait to welcome you on our new website tomorrow!
Apparently we are getting a new website tomorrow, I called the company today asking why the website was stating no delays during this efery! , so lets see what this new website is going to be like, still no sign of E190 operating.
I hope this will be the last month for any disruptions this is not good.
Latest: 25/10/17 - 17:01 - Flights in Tanzania are experiencing service disruptions during next few days due to fleet transition. We apologise for inconvenience caused. Please call the fastjet call centre or email customer@fastjet.com for assistance or further information.
With rest of schedule now pulled back to 1Nov More disruption of customers who have booked these flights, guess the E190 paperwork is in the post.
Buxton, take the Canx response back!, just had a message from afar, they all operating today FULL as taking stranded customers from yesterday,
lets hope new plane will operate on friday
your very upset today.
CANX
Is is sold out or cancelled? Mzanza evening flight today sold out or cancelled?
Lets be realistic and tell it how it is, Ryanair have MONEY in the bank, we dont, I stand by what I said , this management should be ashamed over its silence to our customers,
LOOK how many people Ryanair has enraged. Our operation in Zimbable has been Unaffected as has all the people who did not fly this week. They know this bad service is unusual for us but usual for other airlines in Africa. This was a one year plan, much has been achieved. Let us not turn back when the summit is in sight
Appalling state of affairs Not sure we are any better of at hands on management in Joburg than Gatwick The E 190 has been ongoing for over a year and even after two huge share issues we have not got them flying No Directors loans or any financial commitment does not bode well Has anybody got an email address for Joburg ?
Meanwhile The reality is Riot police called in to keep order in Mwanza No lun HRE service for nearly two weeks This final quarter no longer on track for being cash positive Horrendous social media negative comments Brand severely damaged Star Air Cargo very unreliable, not providing back up when their aircraft fails Fastjet been on a three day no response Holiday Fastjet soon to spend recently raised money in Mozambique with $10 /$20 dollar one way fares Flights to launch in few days still ( wide open) Hope you still optimistic, I am fuming with the way management have mishandled this latest crisis
I know Im the eternal optimist... but we can recover with a less fragile infrastructure; over the next two weeks, we should have: a) the entry into service of our first E190 in Tanzania, from 27 October, and b) the launch of three internal routes in Mozambique, from 3 November. Both of these will be a significant step forward. By the end of the year, we could also have: a) permission for and launch of the LUN-HAR route (announced, but it seems to be bogged down), b) permission for and launch of HAR-BUL route (following press reports of more open skies for Zimbabwe), c) crucially, the announcement/launch of the first Fedair/fastjet routes in South Africa, expected to commence in Q4 2017/Q1 2018 (RNS 29 September, announcing the brand licence, etc.). Achieving one or more of these will be a noticeable step forward. There are also the three ATR72s apparently available soon for additional duties, and other irons in the fire. So, given we are on track to reach [our] target of cashflow breakeven in Q4 2017 (RNS 29 September), these extra income streams should be transformational over the next few months, as they increasingly cover the fixed central costs.
