In the current situation i dont understand what to do with my 16418273 shares
When do we vote? is there a start and finish time?
Myself my vote is No look into this at great length and with speaking to Martin Jacob it makes sense my vote is absolutely NO to all resolutions iam holding my shares
Anyone investing now is purely gambling. LTH been screwed as usual by an AIM company.
There is a chance that this will get the good old dead cat bounce, but reckon that happened when it spiked to 0.2 the other week. If you do choose to go for the gamble, be happy to only put in what you won't miss
I'm 90% down no point holding now. This company is going under for sure.
I think it depends on what the institutional investors do. My assumption is that they will vote No.
If they vote no then the PI s could be key. Solenta are the majority shareholder but they do have to cross the 75% threshold. Not a certainty in my view.
Solenta may have bought more shares but, to date no notification of that has been received.
I'm voting NO.
I got 2000000 shares and I am voting for NO.
I looked at all the ramping and I’m glad I never buy it was close phew
Shame they didnt offer shareholders the shell route in exchange for converting their debts and taking it private, ie a bit like MTFB and hercules.
Trouble is Solento hold all the cards and them being the major shareholder by a mile it’s hard to see how us PIs votes will make much of a difference when they’re already backing the delisting.
Thanks both,
Reminds me of the Intu trades just before it got pulled not long ago, seems a risky game but good luck to all going for it.
" there is a mechanism to buy and sell right up to the point of delisting."
If I'm not mistaken the RNS explains how to continue trading BEYOND delisting. We've already got a mechanism for trading up until delisting, after all. So that would mean they can still be traded at periodic auctions, or if the company relists.
they are tradeable until they are no longer tradeable, so people will try to make some money until its locked out.
Also on delisting you still own the shares so it is right that there is a mechanism to buy and sell right up to the point of delisting.
Hi All,
Fairly new to investing (always watched from a distance but started to make my only trades recently)
I regularly check share risers/fallers on LSE just to see the reasons for these gains/losses.
Been watching FJ for a while now, the RNS on Friday has confirmed the delisting /share reorganisation so I can't understand why shares are still available to buy? Are the people buying hoping for the delisting to be reversed if that is even possible?
Just so confused as to why shares are still available to buy for a company that has proposed it will be removing itself form AIM.
TIA.
That is the stupidest sentence I have ever read lol
GLA DYOR
I thought this was going to come good , still a chance for some gain back if it gets the funding and new shares past out , put my money in MPL more chance of gains and are way undervalued at the moment.

"Fastjet
Going back to Friday, there was an interesting announcement from Fastjet [LON:FJET], the African low cost airline. They are petitioning investors to support a delisting from AIM and cancellation of shares. The reasons being given here are the cost of maintaining a full market listing and the reluctance of many institutional investors to continue supporting the business as it battles with lockdown restrictions across its network. The plan would be to move the listing to Asset Match, a London trading facility with operates periodic auctions on a matched bargain basis. The note however carries a stark warning, that the directors believe on current projections that the company will only have sufficient resources to meet its operations needs until the end of next month".
Just got an email in from an investor with fast jet Martin Jacob, which details that he is voting NO to the vote and is encouraging all other fastjet shareholders to do the same
Me personally I will be voting no as well
He is also looking into investigation of the running of this company you can email Martin on martinjacob1970@outlook.com in guidance of your vote
