" There will be big buys coming in over the next week. Either Solenta to take them above 75%, or directors to stop them from getting to 75%"
There will be ?? ..how can you seriously think the Directors will be buying any of these now, when they dont want to be on AIM and would find it a whole lot easier being a private company ..bit late dont you think??
Approx 1.4 billion shares have traded since the announcement and the volumes have dropped off considerably ..Monday volume a measily 26m .....
share price movement more to do with the volume and the easily changing spread, than anything ... spread 20% !! ..what does that tell you !!
FJET 1p nominal
You are looking correct!
There will be big buys coming in over the next week. Either Solenta to take them above 75%, or directors to stop them from getting to 75%. Hopefully, both of them, to give us the perfect storm for a squeeze. Market mechanics. #FJET
buyers moving in - think we could see 0.2p before next weds
Another fall.
final twist or some last minute buys is a definite possibility imo... I am in to see that too.
I saw people buying shares before admin dates with many other shares. Fjet is not going into admin. You can still deal your shares after what ever the outcome DYOR
With only 8 days to finding out how the vote will be , Big 10k seller back
It is a forthcoming listing....it isnt live yet ...just a notification that the company will shortly be listed and available from the site
Surely this needs to be rns’d ?
Nai/DYOR
If that's the case then I wonder if I can transfer my shares from Hargreaves Lansdown to Assetmatch, I don't it can be done tbh!
GLA DYOR
We haven’t delisted from AIM yet and the delisting is entirely dependant on the forthcoming vote. So I’m not sure how it can be listed on Asset match yet, and I have no idea on the price shown.
Hopefully someone else with a bit more knowledge than me can comment, but I just thought it was an interesting observation.
How does that work ? How many are they trying to sell at 0.15p ?

DOES ANY OINE HAVE THE RIGHT COUNT OF BELOW SHAREHOLDER
As I said I'm tired and tried to construct sentences and my thoughts.
The 75% thank you for the clarity.
Guys as u know I'm not on board yet but wish to join Monday.
Anyone have the voting website ?
Perhaps others part of this will be able to vote against Delisting and benefit.
Once again all the best team, I sincerely hope you all make good profit and if not atleast break even
Good luck.
Sujood I believe its 75% of those people who actually bother to register and vote rather than needing approval from 75% of all shareholders.
This is why companies can delist relatively easy as most shareholders dont register and bother to vote. Hence why the big holders generally get it through.
