23 November 2023Results for the 27 weeks to 30 September 2023.
Yes higher div than forecast would definitely push SP higher but if they have done all the buy back then SP will fall.
Are interim results due? Could sp rise be due to a dividend announcement?
Is private equity/institutional bulding stake or is it buy back also helping SP to go up? Also looks like small shareholders (special those that were given free shares or bought through undesr SAYE OR BAYE) have sold out when sp started going up.
Did not look so wise 24th October when it fell back to 144p , nearly back to the 22 August 2023 top up price of 142p
Thank God I "changed mind today." as posted on 20th September below.
Up to 176.5p today's new 10 year high.
State Street Nominees Limited have been buying. They have 15% share. Are they buying on behalf of private equity to do a takeover?
Taverham. - Company announcement. Can't trust what they say. They always print bright future and hide bad
Roy, company announcement in RNS.
This company like wasting money. E.g they have started running Leicester to Birmingham Airport mini coaches which is definitely not going to be successful but management can't see . Instead they should expand local service and concentrate on them.
Taverham - Reasons what that's makes you think profit wii go up.?
Profits to beat expectations by a huge margin should lift the sp here by 5 to 10% imv,we shall see.
