Nothing more than a literate Chilston.
Add anything original to the debate Rich...I dare you to write something we don’t know about the PF.
Lol trader Rich leading the ramp
I dont know any significant news Rich.
Are we going to have yet another Thursday where Matador pretends to know about a significant news RNS and nothing happens.....another hour to find out if lightning strikes regularly in the same place ;)
Indeed Kierewiet - was trying to think of a way to phrase that.
Great to see another product launched on the Protocol, but this is of no direct benefit to Factom Inc other than demonstrating what the technology is capable of and the potential for increase of the FCT token price through usage (which is beneficial to all companies that work on the protocol).

maybe this PDF is hashed on Factom as immutable data and hosted by s3
S3 relates to Amazon.
It also relates to this Factom PDF uploaded to Amazon s3

And it might be a hammer candlestick. By end of play today.... And tomorrow you will know.
I learn it from a book....
might of been a bit of bottom fishing as buys seem to have dried up for now, but lets wait and see,
It does seem like a perfect fit at first glance
It could be a release...due to the time taken!
Interesting that S3 have links with IBM Acquisitions of their holdings in the past.
I guess we will find out soon enough.
Well I think we can all agree that would be absolutely lovely...just don't see why he would feel the need to tweet about it before it's out in the open.
Series B about to close on Factom then. ;)
Fireworks once confirmed.
Brian found and serves as the managing director of S3 Ventures, a venture capital firm with $500M under management. S3 invests primarily in Texas and the southwest in Series A, B and C opportunities,
It could be....but equally the top match on Google for S3 Texas is https://s3.com/
That would completely fit with what Factom do.
Who knows ;)
Could Jay Smith's cryptic tweet 'S3' refer to 'S3 Ventures' based in Austin, Texas (like Factom) around 20mins away?

I doubt this is to do with an IPO. More than likely to do with Pegnet, if Jay is indeed referring to an SEC form S3.

Yes. 100% agree with rich. Would be great to see factom IPO.
Very early in the week but I actually agree with the last 2 Rich posts.
Well that would be great if they IPOed and listed on an exchange! Not only because they’d have funding but because it would make it relatively easy for FFWD to offload if they did want to.
Well if it's Jay Smith, then surely it relates to Factom. So do we presume that this, from Investopedia, applies:
"The SEC form S-3 is sometimes filed after an initial public offering (IPO), and is generally filed concurrently with common stock or preferred stock offerings."?
