Give it a rest love.

In 2017 I paid an average of .1288pence for just over 300K shares.
In January 2018 fingers badly burnt as share price paid was .2940p and .2484p (your 30p?)
Over the last 14 months, average paid .0752pence for just over 400K shares.
Moral of this story, if there is no Dividend then, when SP reaches a figure deemed acceptable, most will sell and the SP will again fall. With a Dividend, which could be back dated, then many will retain their shares and others buy in the hope of future dividends, potentially keeping buoyancy in the SP?
Done it again forgot to tick STRONG BUY, thats old age for you
Re Dogo
Of course we like to know what others think, that is how you expand your knowledge, even at advanced ages, otherwise you are just inwardly thinking. We have said why we do not think there will be a dividend, so we wanted to know from others who think differently. Most of you have far more knowledge of FFWD than us so it is wise to know their feelings on the matter. Unfortunately I do not have the time to spend looking as a great deal of my time is taken up looking after my disabled wife who has deteriorated lately, and my own health is not so good. We still do take an interest in investing and have done very nicely since the lock down with under priced companies.
Knowledge comes from learning from others.
We would like a dividend, but because we would like it does not mean we will get one. Why others think there will be a dividend would be interesting to know. Surprised some are here only for the dividend as we think of dividends as a bird in the hand bonus. We buy and hold FFWD along with others because we think their SP could go upwards, in the case of FFWD another 40p plus.
What I can tell you is the majority of the larger long term holders are here for the dividends
When you qualify your dividend question with “we don’t think it will
happen” , then you don’t really need to know what we think.
Over the last few months a number of you thought we may get a dividend, but while we do not think this will happen as FFWD wishes to invest in a wider range of companies therefore requiring cash to do so, how much do you think a dividend would be per share held and would it be available in shares.
