Factom management have zero say now or for that matter the series A.
Creditors first shareholders a long way behind in the queue
"FFWD said it had become clear that its SAFE is seen by investors as an impediment to further investment..."
wasn't it Factom that provided that information to FFWD. That might be their 'take' on the situation, maybe there are alternatives at hand now that the Factom management team are no longer in a full leadership position.
Also, what about the Gov contracts in place. Surely USA does not want a lead supplier to go bust?
Got to be some options here.
I wonder where Tim Draper and other investors from "A" sit in this.
Possibly there is a concert party / deal to be done? There are /were some early investors who stand to lose their A series value as FFWD are the main creditor here.
That was then this is now.
We’ve converted our 2.5% into now having the controlling interest in the IP and the bountiful US patents.
Longlad is a trader pure and simple. Always struck me as lacking any real knowledge. Missed the dip this morning unfortunately for him.
FFWD said it had become clear that its SAFE is seen by investors as an impediment to further investment...,
In light of this, the company said it had made a proposal to Factom that will see the SAFE converted into an alternative instrument which may not be perceived as detrimental to the capital structure of the investee firm.
So you are saying in simple terms that FFWD now or will own the patents Factom regisiterd . So only FFWD or any one FFWD appoint to use this patent can use that particular blockchain system, or we SELL it to a company interested in operating blockchain.
We thought that Factom had virtually been written off anyway regards its value in our SP, so it makes little or no difference to us. In fact we now OWN the system that Factom used, so we may have some value in that, or is Longlad correct?
It is regret that what we pointed out a few days ago about not spending your profit until you get it in the bank has been given a little warning signal today. However the news does NOT reduce FFWDs value as we knew all about it via the news media on here. If they had NOT informed us on here about Factoms problems and the good news re Leap EMMAC etc. then our SP may have been severely damaged but their REGULAR TOP CLASS information has possibly saved the day.
But no doubt you will all rubbish us again. We do not take to heart what you say about us but continue to have faith in FFWD and invest in other out of favour sectors / stocks.
We actually missed the boat this morning as the wife was in a lot of distress during the night with her illness's and we slept over to 9.15am. Oh to have got in under 5p. Again it is notable no sold to get out to day. Meaning we only get sellers as the SP goes up and people break even
We have invested in DTY and PMO for a long term 200 to 300 % rise in their SP.
Doggo
There isn’t enough sugar in Brazil to sugarcoat that rns.
Excellent news, market misread.
With now total control of the IP and the ~20 US patents and Factom working with 2 CBD plays. Any ideas who ladies?
Expect to see name change for Factom and new management in place soon.
