Well said lucky orange. All the smug portage holders at 40p - knocking ffwd at the same time. Portage still done well & ffwd languishing but I’m in at around these levels & it’s clear as day to me that this is the time to be involved in ffwd
Thanks Mat. They have such a strong team. I hope Ed has them involved in Seed.
I will take a guess that a lot migrated from here to Portage , having looked at the chart there is a gap lower down . Biotech takes time to develop and is expensive so they have done really well.
It could go as low as 18.38 and ffwd sold some off right at the top , bet they wished they had sold more now!
Are they still selling? especially after todays news, while not earth shattering it is good steady news, the type you want to push a shares NAV up.
Yet no buyers, which we fail to understand. If we can raise some pennies and it stays around 8p we will add. The NAV must have gone up a bit.
Just had 5 minutes rest. Ah well have to go and make breakfast for the wife now I have got her washed and dressed and the washing on. I come on just for a break and put some loose thoughts on paper, do look at some posts if they look interesting, but do not have time or inclination to look at links put on here. How people find time to go on to that "social meeting sites" I do not know. We did register with Facebook when pushed in to it by the family, never actually looked at it. Facebook emailed us to say that they were locking us out as our account been infiltrated. Never did find out how to get it unlocked, not that we are missing much according to what I hear on the news about the problems it causes. Managed quite nicely for nearly 80 years without it. No this is as far as I go as it does affect us a bit. Oh dear the good lady is calling. will keep up with the SP daily and look in hear at weekend if i get the chance. Take care all
Meet Hannah Skingle ?? our Operations Director at SWB.
Since becoming involved in the UK Cannabis market in 2017; Hannah has become a high-profile industry leader most widely known for her role in building the consumer and contract manufacturing firm Dragonfly Biosciences - which was a trailblazer in the UK CBD retail becoming the first CBD brand to be widely stocked in Boots, Tesco and Sainsbury’s. As a result Hannah secured a spot in Natural Products ’30 under 30’.
After building Dragonfly Biosciences as Chief Operating Officer she set up her own consultancy called Herd Lifestyle focusing on Cannabis Lifestyle brands and increasing their efficiencies.
Has it further to fall ? will it come back up? is it worth buying a few again while at a low price, which is our game?

Looks like Ed and the board of FastForward knew what they were doing after all. : )
And there’s the 2nd RNS like I thought, hope he told Jim this time lol
‘ · AUD$0.60 placing price per share, as at today's date shares currently trading at AUD$0.81’
Looks good. Fingers crossed Ed does a podcast later, and can expand on other aspects and developments.
Showing a healthy uplift in the investment there already , what with the big names who bought it should do very well , +£1 million on initial investments?
Following the investment, FFWD has a holding of 7,324,796 ordinary shares in LGP representing 3.15% of LGP's enlarged issued share capital.
Probably done a lot since those accounts Forthewin , link with 888 has strengthened and shouldn't be underestimated . Should be forward looking not backward looking in that respect . https://leap-gaming.com/
...“readying it for future investment, including from institutional investors should NAV and market cap develop as hoped."
I think this is in relation to issuing more shares. Therefore if they do issue news shares - count yourself lucky as the SP will be a lot higher. Lots of catalysts to help make this happen.
Sentiment clearly taken a dip but literally no reason why it should have.
Factom - Tick
Leap - Tick
LGP - Tick
Portage - taken a dip but v small in in terms of NAV
Etc etc
I WOULD love to shag Jennifer Anniston, I SHOULD, I definitely COULD!
Can’t see rerate really starting to Leap news, the new investments need time to flourish but are looking good, juv, portage still have value but factom Vemo
Are a if and maybe so once again short term that leaves us with Leap, so why the rush for name change 100% extra shares are we not going to make that much out of Leap, not a word from FFWD after 7 months of Ed giving them help to get Leap to IPO/Sale, and you say trust the board he didn’t say much on Emmac and he had to be force to say why they sold Portage not once but twice when all the boards kicked up about it, yes we have some big shareholders but have they ever added or added new investors , one thing for sure when all this gets passed the ones that do buy the new shares will get sweeteners as usual , wonder if any of these investors will come on board now and just buy shares , I don’t think so even Ed’s not and please don’t tell me he’s never had the chance to buy , enjoy the rest of your Sunday evening off to watch some live sport there’s plenty on in the next few weeks lol, timing is everything
Well said ICB. And yes Luckyorange I agree - some clarification would be good & is needed
I am hoping that is the case ICB and agree tentatively with your statement , however assumptions lose you money in AIM and with such a big RNS why the hurry with an EGM for a name change, is it the name change or is it the shares , if as he says there is no rush is there?
Needs clarity from them, not too much to ask for is it, why the rush?
There is a lot of misleading speculation taking place around the creation of new shares which will be available for future use. The chairman has stated in the RNS the following
“ readying it for future investment, including from institutional investors should NAV and market cap develop as hoped."
It’s quite clear that they will only be issued SHOULD the NAV and market cap develop as hoped. By which I assume he means the £50 million plus market cap by the end of this year that Ed has talked about.
Also this fixation on Ed buying shares is not a big deal. If you are familiar with the history of FFWD you will be aware of who the Directors and large shareholders were. Some of them remain large shareholders( or their relatives do). Who appointed Ed to the board and who does he have close links to. I am sure you can join the dots and possibly come to a view as to which shares Ed may be looking after and is therefore keen to ensure the sp rises. Ed has had a very good return from EMMAC.
Most investments in the portfolio are looking very promising at the moment and we are trading massively below NAV. Let’s hope the rerate starts tomorrow morning because it is long overdue.
I don't know why they want so much headroom anyway. Isn't Leap meant to be worth a few bob?
So I'm guessing the next news will be Big leap news coming, but it'll be 2022...so we need to raise to take advantage of this tremendous opportunity that only me or Alfredo could find...even though it's listed on the stock market.
It is reassuring if they are prepared to pay more .
Other side of the coin of course is that they identify a must have purchase further down the line . I won't say that they don't need to raise money as they have plenty in the kitty not being used at the moment Longlad and you know why!
However , they do need to clarify their intentions with the chairmans statement.
Well, that is reassuring!
So we have a former stock broker as a ceo , who has conveniently avoided buying shares....slip out a second rns saying that they will look to double the shares in issue....you can’t make this stuff up!
And someone posted ‘in Ed we trust’ here last week....mind boggling
@ffwdinnovations
@edmcdermott12
I hope you are going to answer questions raised on https://lse.co.uk/ShareChat.asp?ShareTicker=FFWD&share=Fastfwd-Innov&thread=C9AE9033-DA04-45DC-9D06-F0D7B2549599 and not keep PI investors in the dark , to do otherwise would be treating them with contempt, clarity please #ffwd

By ‘they’ do you mean Ed & co? As in this is their way in to have a large % of the company?
No Longlad, they are saying 'free from the rights of pre emption' i.e. they can fill their boots and offer retail none.
Hi Lucky
So, my first thought is that this is ultimately good for shareholders, as we would be on the same basis as whoever they are lining up to come in, or whatever shenanigans they are up to....so no warrants or special conditions!
But this ‘resolution 5’ means free from pre emption rights!
Ed, shareholders deserve better than this constant second guessing.....and being led on....
