Yes, great article. It really illustrates FFWD's approach of looking for the very best companies in some of the fastest growing industries, led by the most talented in those industries. Emmac will be a multibillion company within a few years.
published on the 26th april I think
great find matador

completely agree with you lord snooty.
I don't believe you can quantify where we should be; AIM has been sh*t for months now, in a deep bear market that, for the most part, people are reluctant to hold in, unless they are stuck with a loss. In a half-decent market, yes, we'd be above NAV somewhere, as we have historically been, but this is currently not a half-decent market, so we need solid news that directly affects our bottom line to move us off the floor.
Actually 14s are sensible. Not ramping but 14 is where we should be. Under 15m mcap on AIM??? Yeah... Ok AIM. Whatever you say lol
Yep. On the plus side, we have known for ages where the bottom is. They might try and tempt us again with it but never lasts long. Flipping stupid down here now. Must thing we are stupid... 12/13p is sensible. This is just stupid. But don't panick. It will sought itself out Good buy lord snooty. That's got your average down a bit. I was tempted
MMs just doing their job.
You gotta to love AIM. Lol. I mean seriously?!
took another 25k. Now some news, please.
Once the ask hits 9 there'll be some buyers, if not before. I'll be in among them.
know how....are we on on near any support that chartists could be waiting on to trigger buying?
The article itself is dated 15 March so I doubt an RNS will be issued at this point.
Is it too much to ask to get these lazy f'cks to RNS this news?!
Hannans looking good, Chills.
Well said, Rob, an uptick from me. FFWD always say they can't release news until the investees report something, but in my opinion that's a weak excuse. As you highlight below, there is plenty they can do. We've been on a downward trend for almost a year now, and in the doldrums for at least four or five months, oscillating between 8.5 - 10.5. All well and good that the Directors don't take salaries, but please, a little more attention to detail and some thoughful proactivity!
Yes Matt, thats great news I see lots of good information coming out on twitter from you and others, thank you!
http://www.activecyber.net/dhs-st-lays-out-a-broad-yet-innovative-portfolio-of-cybersecurity-research-in-this-years-showcase/ . was a brilliant insight.
Its such a shame that investee updates are not forthcoming from the BOD but us the shareholders have to read about press releases from other organises that have been sanctioned by our investees.
Whats stopping FFWD from releasing investee news, investment information and updates?
Surely with the number of investments at hand and the amount of authorised news released by our investee's that there is dis-interest from FFWD to to release news to shareholders of:
- Investee's authorised press releases
- Investee board and significant hires
- investee's abbreviated P+L . e.g. LEAP, we own 46% yet I could not tell you what country they file in, let along what P+L has been at any time?
- Investee's updated investor information? how many of us know about DBC February 2019 investment presentation?
https://docs.wixstatic.com/ugd/5e8706_65aa748df41f476fbad31bcfee0b8ac5.pdf
- Investee RNS / stat' announcements e.g Vogogo. When was the last update here, there have been significant changes to the share value and consolidation, for all those that say we do not hold, and its warrants, well yes. But as an investment, us shareholders need to be kept up to date.
There's no reason to not RNS sanctioned and regulatory information, I don't care if FFWD is a fund, its about keeping shareholders informed and its a directors responsibility!
If it wasn't for a few on twitter and a small handful or people that share here on LSE this would be a complete void of information.
FFWD you have a website - USE IT!

Wonder what's next?
https://twitter.com/factomprotocol/status/1123292227436937216?s=21
Dept of Homeland Security Science & Technology Directorate confirms the Factom Protocol "has integrated their technology into two brands of cameras used by CBP at border locations to ensure data collected from these cameras is tamper proof"
But I'm holding on for juv and factom. With a splash of leap. If the board invest further I will re evaluate. Good news is that so does not reflect true mcap. So I'm happy for now
Four Ms look closely through all the RNS you’ll find the answer to that
And emmac.... Only just signed. Rule that out, plus the market is getting flooded. That will be a blood bath
