There is persistent buying in the last week or two. Buys well outnumbering sells. What isvhappening to the widows inheritance ?
Looks interesting with very small freely available capitalisation, which I like. Seems toppy now so will monitor a while.
rnsn shows admitted to euro markets. Bullish any comment msKrapp
Afraid so you cannot just leave us in suspense. Sp still increasing!
Million purchase and big increase in so. Further silence from ms Knapp.
Ms Knapp you said fully valued at 2275 now 2425 and in play following the sad death of ceO. . Deathly hush from yourself

Overall good results if not outstanding however nice increase in dividend. Sufficient to refute the doubters. Nice to see a big contract with Japanese bank. Market likes the figures shares up 5%
Most significant rns today. Inheritance juliana conron presumbly the widow registers 24% holding in company. As sherlock holmes would have said " the plot thickend the games sfoot" by gum the solicitors have been quick. What happens next?
Why do you ignore the RNS of July and 2 September. Significant interest registered by Bank Lombard, HSBC, Nortrust, State Street, Vodacom and Kabouton
They obviously do not agree with you
Analysts are generally bullish. The elephant in the room is Brain Conlan's 30% #shareholding. It is only 2 months since he died. Perhaps Ms Knapp will explain why the valuation is a full one from this successful innovative company,
Interesting RNS that now quoted in Dublin. Why is this share so ignored?
Seems rather non u to mention it so soon. But.....Mr Conlan had 30% of the shares. So either they will be inherited perhaps by the family or , and this is the case either way, the company is already "in play". Remember the Telegraph had a full sheet praising this company a year ago. It is a global player with US type technology. I have a position here bought about4 months ago.
Seconded Brucie. Brian did an immense job building this company and he worked right to the end really. FDP is very undervalued and all the rubbish written about it has proven false so far but certainly has depressed the price. I am hoping this sad chapter can be a springboard to moving on from this trading range.
Very sorry to hear that the founder and chief executive died over the weekend. I am sure all investors will join me in sending condolences to his family. He carried on working after diagnosis of cancer I think in may. A brave and innovative man who will be sorely missed.
Octopus increased its stake by 1% to 5%. Bullish
Extraordinary to me SP falls more than 8% noone responds. In fact a director has disposed of a lot much of it an Institutional purchase so from a long term point of view very bullish. Lot of stum people in this stunning share. Perhaps they are not in it they should be.
£3.7 million is serious stuff. Must be institutional- Some good blue transactions in thousands. Th is share is recommended as an IHT constuent in a portfolio by the DT. It is seriously overlooked which is good!
Nearly £2.5 million must be institutional. On 7 June first thing in the morning..might be an rns
Large UT purchase 14k that is a lot of spondulicks at 3000 a pop. Jobbers had to buy in which looks a very stirring sign pre trading announcement I think today. I like the look of their tie up with NASA too.
Not my idea of a good call down 12% and then up 50%. And where next? All the signs are bullish. Only a few are traders. Did he short on the way down or just bale out?
They dropped to 2050 after he "advocated selling them at 2400" Good call.
Yes they're higher now, 5 months later - prices fall, rise and fall.
Some of us are traders.
FD is a fantastic company. The problem is simply valuation. Historically, it has been too highly valued as a software company. However most of FD's revenue is through consultancy, hence the re-rating in October/November. (To put it simply, FD's profits are growing linearly with increased headcount (consultancy) rather than exponentially as would be expected with a software company where increased sales needs little investment in people) It's the balance of actual software/consultancy that will determine its future valuation. You pay your money and take your chance.
I simply do not understand negative sentiment here. The graph is off the end on strong buy, all broker ratings are positive and preliminary figures from company state they are at least as good as forecast. Whats not to like. One of very few advanced all British tech companies as the Telegraph said last year
Announcement due today
