Where are we going from here
They’ve changed name to EUZ
Will it come back to the market? If yes, when? And any hope of recovering money??
That happens a lot with this. Buys pop up as sell and scare investors from putting in. But hey onwards and upwards.
Yep, EUZ is up and running ok. I had the first buy on the new ticker (feel strangely proud!) though they've reported it as a sell.
.....at times. EUZ should be up and running today, with the end of FCR. Happy days as the board/company have the finance as well as the resources to make all of us wealthy.
Now EUZ from tomorrow Pedro, on AIM. To Infinity - and beyond !!, as George Clooney once said. IMHO. DYOR.
Thanks jupitar, I appreciate your help
The company is going through a name change. Check the latest RNS, share trading resumes Friday I believe.
Hi folks, I’m newish to this, on IG it says I’ve still got shares here, but seems I can’t do anything with them, ie buy more or sell out, could anyone tell me if all is lost ?, thanks
Here Here Dillon and it's Good Riddance to old rubbish , as far as I'm concerned. New Chapter in Company history starting. IMHO DYOR. GLA.
.... Getting rid of FCR and hopefully all the negative. Onwards and upwards with the new company.
I think most just fear a consolidation will be to raise more capital, very few understand that when a project is being prepared to be sold the share price cannot be at fractions of a penny, as they are now. I am all for a consolidation at the end of 2018 once the drilling, scoping study and geo work is complete - not atm.
Consolidations don't raise any new money Bobby, they just change the nominal value of the ordinary shares and thus the number of shares in issue and the share price. I take yor point about the higher SP being vulnerable to the MM's dropping it though. It shudn't be necessary, but decent Institutions just wont touch companies with Micro, Micro share prices, such as FCR, at the moment. They like to see at least a 10p /share price. it's not logical , but that's wot happens. The Yanks regard any share under US$1.0 as a penny share , and won't invest, as they think that these are Sh*t companies. FCR, at some point needs some decent Instit Investors on the Share Register, because , at present, apart from CB, there are none, zilch, niente, - and hence the need for an eventual consolidation. They don't have to cost that much if you have a cheap Nomad and Registrar, either. I think that the general turnaround in Management has given decent impetus to getting things going again at Toral, and good luck to them. The new name change enables the Company to take on potential future projects in Europe and dusnt mislead Investors into thinking that the Company is still involved in Iron Ore, in South Africa, which it isn't. I understand that the SA listing is likely to continue for a while, as it's simply too costly to close it - a bit like ASX, which, with hindsight, was another Ed Nealon mistake, when he originally set the company up, in 2010. Onward & upward, I say , and well done LR, MC & CB for clearing up the stinking mess that JT left behind. IMHO. DYOR. GLA.
Why is it a concern that too many shares are on issue ?? Quite frankly it makes no difference whatsoever to the market cap and after all FCR is a startup.....
I agree. to me so far the new BODs are committed to succeed in a real efficient way as they believe they have a world class asset. Placing price was not great at all but good for me to keep topping up. What choice did they have when JT sank the share price to an all time low and left us investors cautious. Old news now, new team are going to smash this out of the park. All to play for and a lot of momentum potentially. Just waiting on the stream of good RNS.
What the team previously did on limited funds to prove up the JORC. This is not a lifestyle company, they are making something significant here. The biggest clues are in the warrants they wanted at 0.0575 to take a good chunk of the company..... if that isn’t the biggest indicator I don’t know what is! Costs have been dropped to a minimum so all this money is going directly into value creation for us shareholders.
Smarlet A lot of AIM shares do that, personally don't believe that's the case for FCR. No consolidation for at least a year or more. It's clear that they have enough money to add real value to the share price, and at such a small mcap. Easy multibag through the planned work, such as the extended strike drilling, Scoping study, improved jorc and on and on. Plenty of upside sending the share price north. Need buyers of course. Dyor
They will consolidate at some point but that is so they can then issue more shares and then discount it down to 1/10 th of what it was over time and the shareholder yet again is left with nowt while the greedy fat board of W##nkers utter more none sense , do very little and have a very nice life thank you very much while all you stupid investors throw more money in thinking you will be rich one day !!! Lol total total dog
Still far too many shares in issue though, for a sensible and proper Company. Consolidation due ? then we are off to the (mining) races. 1/100 wudn't be out of order, IMHO. DYOR. GLA.
All seems to be proceeding rather satisfactorily and nice to see LR , MC & CB buying stock with their own money. Still rather confused about why the JSE Listing is being continued though - I thought that was supposed to be out of the door as soon as Moonlight was sold? Perhaps there is some future purpose intended for it - who knows , CB has other African Cos in his asset portfolio ? I DO get the impression , however, that the "New" BOD intend to make a decent fist of things, unlike the previous incumbents and , once the shares have been consolidated (if ?) I shall be buying more shares. That will also give a chance for "loose" Turner Pope holders to be shaken out 1st by the MM's, whjich they will undoubtedly seek to do. IMHO DYOR. GLA.
Who's this big seller though? Is he the disgruntled ex employee that was off loading at the 0.13 mark. why no TR1... Who cares his loss. Liking the buys yesterday and the steady rise, waiting on the big juicy RNSs scoping study, extended strike etc. Good stuff.
