Prize not 2,80 it was 3,80 euro.
That amount of shares which Se Bank bought must come from share issue and they have informed of it later.
It never droped to 2.80 in november. But I get your point. We worry when the price drops but those with cash rub their hands together with glee.
I think it was an old interview with Warren buffet who said he loves it when a company stock falls. That's the time he buys!
As the say, know what you own
It was SE Bank who bought it.Problably prize 2,80 euro/sh.
When Mr Syrjälä hold, then he expect that share rise.
Make that shares 44,095,701
Which man's the top 30 Shareholders own 82.84% percent of the shares and last month some sold (ie citi Bank) but over all they increased there shares.
Only 17.16% of the shares are owned by everyone else!
The free float is tiny, so when we do get price sensitive news we will move fast.
Hold in there guys. We are expanding, more data is coming in. I know things have gone a little silent but they are working in the back ground.

Within the top 30 Shareholders who now own 444,095,701 shares between them, some bought more, in fact another 2,159,900 shares (5.15% more shares) last month
Trials news will be out in Q1 right?
As for why the SP is dipping, probably agree it’s due to lack of updates but the markets has taken a tanking recently (it was a blood bath the other day particularly on the US markets), and people who probably may have been up on this may potentially be taking profits to either keep some powder dry if a massive correction happens (read FED tapering/delisting) or reinvesting in something else (bonds etc).
Either way and as many of us agree the SSV comment by the CEO, he lost a bit credibility when it didn’t happen.
I have been bullish (and also in profit) for the best part of two years but at some stage the head has to have priority over the heart and I have decided to sell a good part of my holding. I was hoping that the flatlining of the share price recently meant that something big was going on in the background, and the SP could have broken up or down. Unfortunately it was down and has continued in that direction. I have however retained a few shares just in case the SSV ever materialises.
Cov, Fair points . Exactly correct. The SP almost always tells how a share Is doing. IMO.
Drac I hadn't a clue what the SSV news would be , why would we as mere PI's be able to even guess that info , in so much to think the trials were really knocking any diseases out of the park. Did Markuu think this and it didn't go as well as he thought it might? If that is the case , we are in for a rough ride.
I have said here before , we are not the scientists so I for one will not be baffled by science. It's the SP the spells it out to me , and the clever guys who understand this science know when to buy and when to sell. Currently it would seem they are not convinced by anything and have chosen not to buy , wether they are selling I have no idea.
Maybe so. Just asking...what news did SHs expect that would have brought us the SSV. Any opinions on the delay?. What I DON'T like Is the Farce of the 1 share deals. Is It To P,Off LTSHs Into Selling cheap?. Is there a try for a cheap buy out?. At this stage a Serious update needed. IMO.
Possibly exposure to the States gives then another angle at raising capital , Europe probably pee'd off with the them now.
BUT, Why would they set up In the States unless there was something positive coming. Marku doe's need to to come up with a Deal. It's a Very long time since he Informed us about SSV. And A long time since he later said soon...patience needed.
IMO.
