The paragraph starts with moly. And is ending saying the signifigance of that moly in revenenue. I understood it that way.

I am not spinning anything I am genuinely confused. Has I said it could be interpreted in two ways also in a positive way....But one thing is for sure, and that is the PR machine of this company is pathetic. Now if the same people that write this rns are the same people that make financial decisions, please allow me to be scare.
Molybdic oxide is $12 per pound. 10 tonnes per month is circa $260 k per month revenue for a by product.
Spin this how you want I don’t care
The by product is $260k per month at current prices.
No idea how anyone can spin this as bad news.
It isn’t.
May be it may exonerate me a little .:-)...Hazbeen
You are NOT exonerate what so ever I am afraid. lol
Jokes a part ...I appreciate your long standing experience of this company. The problem is that there are always two side of a coin and this company Public Relation, is not helping to make clarity on where we are with operations, hence the many conspiracy theories from you and from me.
LL
Exactly . Anyway I am glad this RNS came out but did not expect it so soon .
May be it may exonerate me a little .:-)
Being cynical again ... so Twitter went ballistic and the Co talked up revenues etc .
To let the seller out . Now it is back to business as usual (BAU)
It is so transparent .
Indeed Hazbeen, assuming this is the case what is more worryingly is that production was starting to rise dramatically and now, for the same issues/problems that have been present all these years, production will be affected significantly.
Significantly is a bid word in my dictionary, is this decrease going to erase recent increases and more?
You see this rns is bringing more doubt that more certainties..
What caused production to increase as from earlier rns that now can not be sustained? electricity and covid have always been a factor.
LL
I cannot believe what so am reading :-) you will see done of things I said are already coming true . I see through this CEO now .
It has very clear to me since the text is written together as a whole statement if you like .
I knew this was coming but I was expect related to bad weather and I did say it will be used as an excuse .
This new by product is actually a by product of vanadium production which is now just been told going to decline having told to only recently it was increasing in % terms.
So until production achieves 1500t/year this by product will bring no significant revenues .
So what does this mean to cash ?... not good is it
Off take ..hmmm.. I really do not buy into that .. until BFS has been completed ..
.... Some interruptions to production in the next few months are expected due to on-going Covid-19 restrictions and until the new connection to the adjacent high-voltage power line is made, expected in Spring of 2021, which is expected to significantly reduce down-time caused by power outages and instability. Nevertheless, the impact on revenues and earnings will be significant in the context of the current processing operation.
So what does this
Maybe they have a lot of calcium molybdate stockpiled ready to increase revenues significantly.. That's the optimists viewpoint anyway..
Significant up-side potential perhaps if they have a lot of calcium molybdate stockpiled ready to be sold with an off take agreement?..
Could be interpreted in both ways, been significant in a positive way to revenue due to the sale of by-product, or been significant in a negative way due to power and covid disruption.
Technically/grammatically (and I am no English language professor) I interpret it as negative.
More over I am questioning the need to come up with something negative in the middle of a potentially positive rns.
I am more with Hazbeen on this hence selling with regret as the potential here is huge, but I am starting to wonder if there is something behind that I don't know.
Significant to current processing operation. If operations are up by a significant amount, then a significant impact to earnings and revenues cancells out the recent rise in production perhaps?
Or maybe it was a typo and was ment to be "insignificant"....
I'm sure the video said BFS in 6 months?
Hazbeen for one I have to partially agree with you.
The wording of late RNS is a bit ambiguous. I say partially because it is down to interpretation and here hopefully someone can bring more unbiased contributions.
The RNS says:
=========================
Now the significant impact on revenue could be interpreted been caused by the new additional sale of calcium molybdate.
It is stated that the Company now has the option to source molybdenum-bearing raw-materials with molybdenum is the primary metal where it is more profitable to do so. But also it could be interpreted in a negative way, there fore been caused by problems with covid and electricity, in which case is very bad.
Until this is cleared I am out am afraid. I still believe in the potential of this company but if the latest news is really designed to soften some negative, it would damage the integrity of BoD and for me is more important than fundamentals.
Interesting add on . Nit sure the what it brings to revenues and profits though especially over next 12 months
I think Co is trying soften the blow with the increased shutdown that will impact revenues significantly
I was right about that as well ... off takers is still tomorrow but let’s see if CEO can surprise
Still not a time to add for me
