Not malicious at all. Just correcting the lies of clueless two bit traders .
OK then it makes them very malicious Harryass.See what I did there
JG can obviously buy as many shares as he wants in MVR on the open market. However, there will be some kind of partnership agreement in place between the two companies as regards future relationships. These guys know what they are doing!!
Not sure if there would be any reason for JG to surpass AM, surely he can do what he likes. Easy solution, if AM wants a bigger slice then he’ll have to buy some more shares :)
‘also speculate that size of Gore's stake is limited to be below the size of the AM's stake, so AM can keep control. Do you agree? AGM attendees: did AM promise to buy shares?’
sorry Optometrist where do you fit into "productive discussion" ? you recently posted that the BOD were at fault for the share price fall and everything was their fault. You then said AM should be replaced and followed that with there are better people on the BOD...... so what is it? you change your mind and flip flop between sentences..... in another recent post you had envisioned in your own mind, of course, that should you have been on the BOD, none of the above would have happened. Your comments are nonsensical banal mutterings and just because more than one person disagrees with you and questions your gibberish, do not let that pompous ego of yours come to the conclusion that I or anyone else must be the same person... its just there are many who think the same... and hold you to account. That in turn does not make them malicious vicious or nasty people, they want the truth.
LOL. AM concentrating on building a successful and sustainable business rather than running it to the satisfaction of two bit traders. Long may it continue. I’m in until the sale!!
"AM is not interested in running this company only preparing it for sale"
LOL are the two not related?
LOL. Optimist always gets upset when the SP is rising
I would happy if JG took over too if the price was right.
AM is not interested in running this company only preparing it for sale, hence he doesn't care about the SP.
We need advertising, communication and good PR to make the SP fly.
I don't think we will get it with this board.
Keep AM on as an advisor but that's all.
I think you should add yourself to that list !
Productive discussion
Amen to that but there are about four very positive but never the less nasty people on this site.
Positivity yes but nastiness they should leave on ADVFN and twitter.
We know who they are Ferrisc,Petebo,Kingofkeighly and Harrydash if that's who he is.
Henry, that’s not actually a great deal of shares once the big news starts to land. They should easily be absorbed
I’d be happy if Gore took over to be honest, because it’s pretty obvious he wants to sell live VR tickets for all his big shows. Keep AM in there for the music and festivals because that’s not really JG’s forte. I wouldn’t be surprised if SH ends up as the lowly third man.
Guys, let's go back to a productive discussion.
According to recent RNS, there are about 9m warrants due till October 2019 and 9m due till July 2020. With current share price, these warrants obviously will be exercised. It is hard to say if warrant holders will sell the new shares or go long. I would say that some holders would like to cash their profits. To sum up, there are up to 18m shares which migth go to the market during next year.
Do you think that demand from retail traders and Gore will be able to cover these sells or share price will go down (short term)? In particular, do you think that Gore can increase his stake by buying these shares or he will only fund the company through placement of new shares?
I also speculate that size of Gore's stake is limited to be below the size of the AM's stake, so AM can keep control. Do you agree? AGM attendees: did AM promise to buy shares?
